THAT'S NUTS! HOW A SET OF SPANNERS SOLD FOR £7 ON AMAZON IS 76% MORE ON PRIME AS
OUR RESEARCH SHOWS LOYAL CUSTOMERS COULD BE OVERPAYING FOR GOODS

More than half of British households fork out £7.99 a month for a subscription
to the retailer's membership programme, Amazon Prime. Membership buys benefits
such as free one-day delivery and access to an online library of films, songs
and eBooks. Prime members also get exclusive discounts during a two-day sale
called Amazon Prime Day, which takes place on Tuesday and Wednesday this week.
But a confusing pricing system means that fee-paying Prime members could be
charged more for items than shoppers who have not stumped up for membership.

I HAVE A SMALL HOLIDAY HOME IN SPAIN THAT I HAVE DECIDED TO SELL, HOW DO I GO

Selling a property can be stressful in the best of circumstances, but add in
currency exchange and the laws of another country and everything becomes even
more complicated. Luckily, hundreds of thousands of Britons own property in
Spain, so there is plenty of support for anyone wanting to sell. The best way to

MIDAS SHARE TIPS: FIND A SAFE HAVEN WITH MINER SERABI... EVEN IN THESE UNCERTAIN
ECONOMIC TIMES IT HAS GOLDEN PROSPECTS

The stock market has been unforgiving. Back in 2020, Serabi shares hit £1.05.
Today they are just 39p. That is too cheap. Production has bounced back since
March and an update for the three months to June - out this week - should show a
healthy improvement. If Serabi has struck lucky, lucrative deals could be in the
offing. Even without that kicker, Serabi is expected to make $4million

CRANE ON THE CASE: MY ISA MANAGER NORTHERN PROVIDENT WENT UNDER AND NOW I CAN'T

Back in 2018, I invested £10,000 of my savings into an Isa with the investment

'WE SLEPT ON AIRPORT FLOOR WITH NO FOOD OR WATER - MY WIFE WAS IN TEARS':
CUSTOMERS SLAM EASYJET CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER FLIGHT CANCELLATION CHAOS

Last month, easyJet cancelled around 10,000 flights from its summer schedule as
staff planned a series of strikes over working conditions and pay. Other
airlines including BA also had to pull flights due to strike action, as customer
service staff faced a battle to get travellers to their destinations as well as
dealing with thousands of refund and compensation claims. But it seems easyJet's
passengers have been particularly disappointed. Some have accused the carrier of
ignoring refund requests, refusing to book them on alternative flights, and
failing to alert them of their rights to compensation. Damian McConville

after easyJet cancelled two flights - and no-one told them they could get

My mother's estate including her flat is more than £325,000 and less than

SALLY SORTS IT: WE FOUND A DECADES OLD PENSION POLICY LOCKED AWAY IN A SAFE -
BUT AVIVA WON'T PAY UP

Before he retired 17 years ago, my husband worked for gentlemen's outfitters
Keogh & Savage in Greenock. Unbeknown him, the chief executive of the firm took
out a pension for him with Aviva. The policy was fully paid up, but the document
was only found in a safe after his former boss's death last year. This pension
should have been paid to my husband when he was 65. He is now 82 and an invalid.

RESPONSIBLE TRACKER FUND - AND SOME TO CONSIDER

Many investors prefer passive funds because although they only match index

the market. Active funds often still underperform despite charging a lot more.
Financial experts say cost-conscious investors will find ethical trackers a bit
more expensive than traditional ones, but still less pricey than active funds
operating in this area.
