Why are SmashUps™ not loading on my Safari browser?

Our SmashUpTM cards have been experiencing technical difficulties within the
Safari Browser. While our developers work on a resolution, we suggest using the
Google Chrome Browser, or downloading our free SmashUpsTM App from the Apple App
Store.

If you would like to continue using your Safari browser on your iPhone, iPad or
Mac, we suggest clearing your cache using the following steps.


IPHONE AND IPAD:

 1. First go to Settings -> tap on Safari
 2. Safari -> tap on Advanced towards the bottom of your screen. 
 3. Tap on Website Data -> then enter “imgag.com” into the Search Box.
 4. Swipe left on the “imgag.com” entry and then tap Delete.


MAC:

 1. With Safari open, first go to Preferences under the Safari dropdown towards
    the top of your screen.
 2. Select Privacy -> click Manage Website Data
 3. Enter “imgag.com” in the Search Box.
 4. Click on the “imgag.com” entry and then click on the Remove button.

The American Greetings new SmashUp app is also available for download on the App
Store or in Google Play. The SmashUp app allows you to send Celebrity and
Talking SmashUp cards from your mobile device!

How do I cancel my membership?

American Greetings memberships renew automatically. If you do not wish to have
your membership renew, please visit the Manage Membership page to cancel your
membership. You will select the “Do not renew membership” option, and your
membership will expire at the end of your term.  Please note, charges already
incurred may be non-refundable under the terms of your membership. You may
continue to use your membership until it expires.

When I sign in, why do I get an incorrect email or password error?

Please make sure that your password is entered in correctly by using the show
button located next to the password field. Keep in mind that passwords must
contain at least 8 or more characters, a mix of upper and lower case letters (at
least one upper case letter), and at least one number. 

If you're getting a "please correct your email or password" error, you may be
inputting an address or password that does not match what we have on file for
your account. Some of the more common reasons for this are:

- Quotation marks, brackets or spaces before or after the email address

- Automatic fill-in of password information by your computer

- Additional characters or spaces from your email address

We recommend that you manually type your email address and password. If that
does not resolve the issue, you can also reset your password.

How do I add a gift to my ecard?

As a member, you can add a gift card to your ecard from many leading retailers.
 1. Choose any ecard and personalize.
 2. After adding your personal message, continue to Step 3 to add your
    recipient.
 3. On this page you will need to click the button that reads 'SEND ECARD WITH A
    GIFT CARD'
 4. You will then have to option to select a gift card from one of the many
    retailers.
 5. After you choose your gift card option, you will continue to the next step
    to choose the value of the gift card and enter your payment information.
 6. Confirm your total and click 'SEND ECARD WITH GIFT CARD'
