Debbie Wyn Owen had denied the charges but was found guilty after a trial before magistrates at Llandudno last month. The 37-year-old, of Malltraeth near Newborough in Anglesey, was told the case was now closed and there were no orders against her. But Judge Huw Rees, sitting with two magistrates at Caernarfon Crown Court , advised her to walk away from any further situations if they arose. The judge said he and the magistrates had given careful consideration to the evidence heard in court and were not satisfied the case was made out. Referring to the dangerous driving allegations, he said there was "insufficient credible evidence" for them. He added that there was no technical evidence Ms Owen had made telephone calls or fake social media profiles which she was alleged to have made. During the appeal, the court heard Ms Owen had been in a relationship for more than decade with Llewelyn Lloyd from Bodffordd near Llangefni , and gave birth to his child early last year. PROMOTED STORIES It was only then that the relationship became known to Mr Lloyd's partner and her family, and he tried to end the relationship at that point, the court heard. Ms Owen was alleged to have begun a course of conduct that harassed Miriam Ussenbai, the daughter of Mr Lloyd's partner, between February 13 and June 20 last year. She was alleged to have made numerous telephone calls to the Foundry Vaults pub in Llangefni where Ms Ussenbai worked. It was said that she made the calls in her own name and in the name of another woman. Ms Owen was also said to have made threats on social media using fake Facebook profiles and gone to her home address in Bodffordd. Giving evidence, Ms Owen insisted these allegations were untrue. It was alleged that, on May 16 last year, she was seen to drive her black Vauxhall Astra at speed on the B5109 approaching Bodffordd as she tried to flag down Mr Lloyd's van. Ms Owen was said to have flashed her headlights and beeped the car horn and at one point drove alongside Mr Lloyd's vehicle. Mr Lloyd, 71, told the court her speed was about 70mph at times and at one point was alongside his own. In her evidence, she said she was only following Mr Lloyd and there were other vehicles between hers and his. Giving evidence, Mr Lloyd said he had started a relationship with Ms Owen in 2006 and was aware she was pregnant with his child. He said he had tried to end the relationship and avoid contact with her. Mr Lloyd said that, during one meeting in her car, he had seen a gun on the back seat. He said he was "very worried" by the sight of it and asked why it was in the vehicle.
