GREAT STAY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED.
I wanted to try out this hotel because it’s so convenient to my son’s home.
I can walk there. The hotel worked out great for me although I inquired
about rooms with two queen beds when my family comes into LA with their
kids they don’t have any just one two bedroom suite. I was on an inside
part of the hotel so it was a quiet room, which was great. The room was
very clean. Had plenty of amenities, but not luxurious for those people
going to LA that needs a kitchenette in their hotel room. It’s wonderful
great new appliances the lighting in the Queen part of the suite is weird.
I couldn’t figure out where the light was to turn off so I could sleep with
a dark room, I should’ve called down to the front desk and asked where the
light switch was located. It was not by the sides of the bed. The hallways
don’t go with the aesthetic of the rest of the hotel, but in the grand
scheme of things my room was more important. I’m sorry I didn’t get to go
use the gym, but I just didn’t have time. I would definitely stay there
again and hopefully try out their breakfast options.

Staff was helpful, attentive and engaged - from front desk to valet
attendant to associates encountered walking in the hallways. The room was
fantastic and well appointed. Amenities were great and loved the steamer.

GREAT HOTEL IN BEVERLY HILLS
I stayed here for a business trip and it was great! The hotel is clean and
trendy and the staff were attentive. The only thing is the gym is a little
small and located down in the basement so it can get a little warm.

THE PROPERTY IS BEAUTIFUL BUT THE STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE!:(
It's a newly renovated hotel it seems, love the interiors. However, had a
very unpleasant experience with the front desk staff lady, who was clearly
biased against non-Americans. When I asked her a question, she literally
rolled her eyes and made a face!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!
Even thought this was primarily a work trip, I took my husband and toddler
with me. I found the hotel very pleasant and comfortable and convenient if
you are traveling with family. I would definitely stay again!

GREAT HOTEL FOR MY EXTENDED STAYS!
This hotel has everything I need as an extended stay business traveler.
Clean rooms, nice bathroom, little kitchen, couch and TV that rotates to
face either the “living room” or the bed. Really nice staff who are all
genuinely friendly and helpful, which makes a BIG difference. Onsite
laundry room with brand-new washers and dryers with credit card and Apply
Pay. Gym and nice yoga room with instructors several times per week
downstairs. You can use the yoga room any time, too. Bonvoy app key works
great for guest room and other access. Great hotel - will be returning
often!

GREAT STAY DESPITE BEING HAUNTED!
Great hotel, despite being haunted. I got woke up in the middle of the
night as two books flew off my shelf through and crashed on the floor..and
they didnt fall..they were pushed off with force. Other than mysterious
forces, the rooms are cozy and the food at the bar/restaurant was amazing!
Aldo the robot butler is a nice modern touch. Will definitely say again!

GREAT LOCATION, CLEAN, FRIENDLY STAFF
The location was perfect for my all day appointment at Cedars Sinai. Staff
was very friendly and helpful. Room was roomy, clean and very comfortable.
No view but that was ok. We travel to this area often and this will be our
go to place from now on.
