Q2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL MY BOARD IS SHIPPED?

Board manufacturing times (approx):

 * Stock PU 6-8 weeks
 * Stock EPS 8-12 weeks
 * SUP (ask team)
 * Skateboards (ask team)

Shipping times will be in addition to manufacturing time and will be based on
selected option. We will provide a better idea of duration at time of enquiry.

The Rusty team will keep you updated on the progress of your order. Just get in

Q4. CAN I COLLECT MY ITEM FROM A STORE?

We do not have a physical store in the UAE/Middle East, but get in touch and we
can discuss the best way for you to receive your board.


Q5. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we can. If you have an international shipping requirement we can help, so
get in touch. Please note your local market pricing will be applied and may
differ from the online Rusty Surfboards pricing. There are also locations
outside of our jurisdiction, so please check first if you are not sure.


Q6. CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?

Once your order has been finalised and the order has been shipped we recommend
getting in touch with us as soon as possible to see if your shipment can be
amended.

Depend on the delivery method, may require a signature on delivery. Please
ensure you provide your mobile or landline (work) contact details to help with
the delivery.  Any costs associated with re-delivery or storage fees resulting

Clothing is free delivery and will go via emirates post. Delivery times are as
per organisation.


SHIPPING POLICY

 1. Online surfboard orders must have full and accurate customer delivery
    address details and contact mobile number. It is the customer's
    responsibility to provide the correct address details at checkout. 
 2. Include any specific delivery instructions to help with the delivery.
 3. Please open and inspect your surfboard parcel and board in front of the
    delivery person to ensure any damage is witnessed.
 4. Please take photos of any damage to the surfboard and the parcel.
 5. Report the damage to us immediately (See returns page)


DELIVIERY (NON BOARDS)

Our clothing and accessories will be sent with Emirates Post and is free of
charge. Please expect 3-5 working days from payment to delivery.

If you are unable to select your location for delivery, please contact us to
assist.

Multiple orders may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly
statement.

PURCHASING

Q1. What currency will I pay in?

Yes, of course. We use Shopify payments to process our credit card transactions
which is PCI DSS compliant. The payment card industry data security standard
(PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organisations that handle
credit card and debit card information. This level of security is processed
under the same standards as banks security.

Q4. Can I pay using split payments?

Yes, we offer a split payments service. Once you have decided what model you
would like to order please send us an email to request the split payments option
at online@rustysurfboards.me 

You will have 45 days from the board completion to finalise payment, otherwise
the transaction will be cancelled. But rest assured, we will contact you before
it gets to that point.

We are always ready to answer any further questions regarding the split payments
service. 

Q5. Can I pay a deposit to start the manufacturing of my board and then pay the
remaining balance when the board is completed?

The 419Fish is Rusty's update for a classic fish. The flat deck combined with
angular rails allows this fish to have incredible performance. The bottom
features a light convex entry that transitions into a moderate single through
the midsection and finishes with a bit of vee off the corners. The low entry
rocker stays relaxed through the entire length of the bottom.

Rail transitions on the 419Fish are easier due to the flat deck. The angular
rails provide more bite and drive off the turns than other classic fish. The
board also has an even thickness flow: a beak nose through a bit thinner center
section to a somewhat fuller tail. Overall, this board is a great groveler that
can still handle some size, from knee-high to well overhead.

Half n Half Underbite

The UndeR.bite is our fastest, loosest wakesurf board design yet. It has a curvy
outline with a wide thumb tail. The tail is steep and very hard, giving it good,
quick release off the lip with a slight vee off the tail for a smooth finish to
turns. The rails are more thin up front, but still forgiving. The apex of the
rocker is moved up to move the curve more forward, straighten the rear, and
increase the planing of the board. Get on the UndeR.bite and you won’t want to
get off!

This board is constructed in our new Half n Half technology.

Half n Half technology combines our new R.1 foam core and R.ealRail technology
with traditional epoxy lamination to bring you a high quality, hand made, hybrid
wakesurf. Not quite a soft top, and not quite a hardboard, Half n Half
technology gives you the safety of a soft top while still benefiting from the
bottom contours, hand-shaped rails, and fin boxes of a traditional high
performance, hand-shaped board.

Too Cooo

Rusty designed the Too Cooo with wake surfer Chris Wolter. It has a double wing
Diamond tail, wide point approximately an inch behind center, and very flat
rocker.

A subtle single concave in the entry carries through the midsection and splits
into a shallow double concave as it goes past the fins. This helps make the
transition from rail-to-rail smoother while linking together turns.

The rails are fairly steep and boxy / rounder in the nose, and very firm in the
back half, with the tail block a little thicker than usual. This added volume
helps the board stay on top of the water.

The Barb

Developed with Pro (retired) Surfer and Wakesurfer Luis Barboza, the Barb is a
user-friendly wakesurf designed specifically for the average surfer.

The nose is a moderate width, and the tail is wide. While the foil is even, the
tail itself is quite thick and the nose is average to thin. The entry rocker is
low, and the exit rocker is very flat. The bottom has a very light single
concave the whole way with a slight lift off the rear corners.

The key to the Barb is in the rail foil. It starts off up front with a crown and
as it travels to the rear, the deck becomes flatter and flatter. This carries
the volume out to the rail. As a result, the barb naturally favors a little
larger rider. It is very user friendly - forgiving, fast, stable, yet still
loose. The ideal board for your average wakesurfer.

Not So Moby Fish (NSMF)

The Moby Fish has been an extremely popular board for almost 2 decades and most
were made in the 7’6 and up range. A couple years ago, people started asking
Rusty for something shorter and a little more pulled in, less entry rocker, and
more tail rocker. It’s tough to call it a Moby Fish. Thus, the Not So Moby Fish
(NSMF) was born. This board is suitable for all skill levels and will do very
well in a wide variety of conditions. The tail is pulled in and has a bit more
kick than the Moby Fish to loosen the tail and tighten the radius of the turns.
The lower entry rocker helps it paddle better. This board is a great addition to
any quiver.

differ from the online Rusty Surfboards pricing. There are also locations

Once your order has been finalised and the order has been shipped we recommend
getting in touch with us as soon as possible to see if your shipment can be

SHIPPING POLICY

 1. Online surfboard orders must have full and accurate customer delivery
    address details and contact mobile number. It is the customer's
    responsibility to provide the correct address details at checkout. 
 2. Include any specific delivery instructions to help with the delivery.
 3. Please open and inspect your surfboard parcel and board in front of the
    delivery person to ensure any damage is witnessed.
 4. Please take photos of any damage to the surfboard and the parcel.
 5. Report the damage to us immediately (See returns page)


DELIVIERY (NON BOARDS)

Our clothing and accessories will be sent with Emirates Post and is free of
charge. Please expect 3-5 working days from payment to delivery.

If you are unable to select your location for delivery, please contact us to
assist.

Multiple orders may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly

You will have 45 days from the board completion to finalise payment, otherwise
the transaction will be cancelled. But rest assured, we will contact you before
it gets to that point.

We are always ready to answer any further questions regarding the split payments
service. 

Q5. Can I pay a deposit to start the manufacturing of my board and then pay the
remaining balance when the board is completed?

Yes, you can. The deposit is non-refundable once the manufacturing process has
started. Please follow instructions in previous question.

Yes, we have a volume recommendations guide on every surfboard product page. We
understand this selection process can be a challenge, so speak to a professional
in our team. They can help advise you on volume, dimensions, models,

special requirements.

Yes, you can have a 5 fin setup on the majority of the surfboard models.

Q13. Do you have a custom spray examples list?

Yes, we have a catalogue of sprays and patterns you can choose from. Just let us
know if this is of interest to you.

Q14. Can I have carbon patches or strips added to my board?

Yes, you can. Many of our board models have carbon as standard, but you can
request extra carbon. 

Q15. Do you offer a polished gloss finish to my custom board?

Yes, you can request a polished gloss finish. We offer other finishes to custom
boards. 

Q16. Can I have S-Cloth placed on my custom board?

Yes, S-Cloth is available and can be placed on all custom orders. 

Q17. Do you offer channels bottoms on custom boards?

Channels are available. You will need to speak to the shaper for guidance with
your requirement.

Q18. I have videos of me surfing, can I upload this content to help the shaper
understand my ability and the waves I am surfing?

Yes, if you follow the custom board builder form you can upload two videos and
at the end. Click the CUSTOM tab at the top of the page.

 * Stock PU 6-8 weeks
 * Stock EPS 8-12 weeks
 * SUP (ask team)
 * Skateboards (ask team)

Shipping times will be in addition to manufacturing time and will be based on
selected option. We will provide a better idea of duration at time of enquiry.
