CREATING A SUPPORT CASE THROUGH THE ASANA SUPPORT CHATBOT * Visit the Help Center homepage. * Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner to open the Asana Support chatbot. * Briefly describe your issue in the chat window. * If the suggested Help Center articles do not resolve your issue, click Yes when asked, "Would you like support for this question?" to submit a ticket. * Enter your first and last name, email address, and any additional details about the issue. * The chatbot will attempt to identify the nature of your request; you can approve the selected topic or decline it and choose the topic from a list. General topics appear first, then more specific ones (e.g., Logging in > Password verification link). * Provide any other relevant details and attach files like screenshots if they would be helpful. * The chatbot will confirm that your request has been received. You'll also receive an email at the address you provided. When logged in, you can view your newly opened case in the Asana Customer Portal. ASANA SUPPORT CHATBOT TROUBLESHOOTING AND FAQS If you experience any issues while using the Asana Support chatbot, please follow the instructions and troubleshooting steps below: 1. Contact your Firewall, Security, or Network team: 1. Request for your team to whitelist this domain: *.salesforce-scrt.com. 2. Request they check any security software installed on your corporate device that could be blocking the chatbot. 3. Ask them to verify that the company is not filtering out network traffic related to the chatbot and help site. 1. The most common issue is the 'sse' event being blocked (status = pending), which means the server isn't retrieving any of the chat events (messages, etc.) IF THE ASANA SUPPORT CHATBOT FAILS TO CREATE A CASE OR AN ERROR OCCURS 1.
