When using the ezconnect.to Web service, there is no need to download any third
party applications. You can use your Web browser to directly connect to and open
your NAS’s ADM interface using your Cloud ID.
The steps to do this are as follows:

Before connecting, please ensure that you have enabled the EZ-Connect service in
ADM. If you wish to use the App, please remember to enable port forwarding for
the App.

Please enter your NAS’s Cloud ID to connect.

When connecting, directly connecting to the NAS using the LAN IP and EZ-Router
function will first be attempted. If this is unsuccessful, a connection will be
made using server relay mode.

Using server relay mode to connect to a NAS will require a longer connection
time. The connection speed will also be slightly slower when compared with a
direct connection.
