Terrible customer service. Replying your comment: I don't have Facebook nor X,
but what I'm sure it's that it is always a nightmare every time I send a request
to your atyourservice email, call to your landline or try any other way to
communicate with the bank. Apart from that, I never get a proper response,
explanations, and it's a huge waste of time and annoying experience

Horrible bank and even worse application. Works 30% of the time. All the other
times it's "under maintenance". Has the tendency to kick you out while you're in
the middle of a transfer or adding a new beneficiary. Loading times are
despicable. Perfectly reflects the bank system. Cash deposit ATMs are out of
order half the time. If you have to visit the teller service, good luck! An hour
of your day will be gone as a minimum.

I have account in this bank si ce 1 year. Before they never charged minimum
balance fee but later they started suddenly and deducted 75 dirhams every 3
months. Also their system is the failed banking system. Whatever transaction I
am doing it lock that amount within my account. And due to that my account went
to negative balance and when I complaint on their helpline they simply said we
can't do anything. Now I want to close my account but they are always rejecting
it without any reason.
