RESEARCH & VALIDATION

In the initial discovery phase, I thoroughly investigate the current situation
and collect available data, delving deep into user pain points, evolving
customer needs, and identifying associated issues, potential opportunities, and
limitations utilizing diverse research methods such as surveys, questionnaires,
user interviews, and competitive analysis.
To validate the design solution, I employ usability tests, A/B testing,
interviews, and surveys, ensures that the design achieves high usability metric
scores while also identifying opportunities for enhancement.

STRATEGY

Design is a collaborative effort. I contribute to achieving business objectives
by facilitating in-depth conversations, roadmapping and story mapping workshops
with XFN.
Additionally, I adjust design solutions by partnering closely with engineers.

Workshops: Initiated a series of persona workshops with XFN, resulting in
gaining alignment within the company of our user understanding. View Case Study.

Positioning: An example of story mapping with product manager to define feature

Functional Framework: Discover functional flows with product manager and
engineers, to understand multi-step, cross platform framework.




WORKFLOW

I continuously refine my workflow by mixing methodologies like Lean, Double
Diamond, Agile, and Scrum to meet the unique needs of each project.
