SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

• New customers are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to fill out new client
paperwork. • The entrance to the building opens into the lobby area where you
can wait for the Massage Therapist to come get you. • Text 614-556-9028 to
notify your arrival. • The Building has it's own parking lot. • Brio's Massage
Therapy LLC is not disabled accessible due to the studio being on the lower
level of the building with no elevator.


APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

If you don't show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged a no
show fee (full cost of scheduled massage). If you cancel in under 24 hours you
will be charged a late cancelation fee ($35). COVID-19 PolicyDuring this time of
heightened health concerns due to the COVID-19 pandemic, if you are experiencing
any of the following symptoms: • Cough • Shortness of breath or difficulty
breathing • Fever • Chills • Muscle pain • Sore throat • New loss of taste or
smell • Gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. • Or any
other symptom identified by the full list of COVID-19 symptoms found on cdc.gov
I will not be able to see you for your scheduled service and you will need to

I scheduled an appointment with Briana and was able to get in on that day. I was
having painful back spasms due to a degenerative spine and bulging disc. I left
there feeling so much better and for the past few days my lower back feels
great. I will be back, I haven’t felt this good in so long. She is excellent at
what she does!!!

Okay people, you NEED this massage therapist in your life! I have fibromyalgia
and came for a therapeutic massage on my doctor's recommendation. Briana listens
and adjusts her pressure accordingly. And. Her prices are amazing!

Had my first therapeutic massage with Brianna today. Great experience. I felt
very comfortable the entire time and appreciated the amount of pressure she
applied to work through knots. The environment and music selection was very nice
and I love the peppermint scented oil/lotion she used. For 60 minutes I was able
to relax and focus on my breathing and focus to try to loosen up my muscles. I
think the prices are competitive and I very much respect Briana and her demeanor
and professionalism. Will be back soon. I would recommend giving her business a
shot.

Plenty of parking space, and securely located on the second floor. Very private
and quiet. Clean room and comfortable bed. You can request for hot towel, and
choice of aroma therapy scent. A bottle of water is also provided.

Briana’s skills and techniques in massage therapy are highly exceptional. She is
attentive to the problem areas and adjusts to desired pressure. I have never
felt rushed. She’s very friendly and professional. Makes me feel rejuvenated
after every session. Great service. Absolutely highly recommended!

Briana was wonderful! I went to her for my first prenatal massage and she didn’t
disappoint. She made sure I was comfortable and the pressure was good. I was
worried with a prenatal massage it wouldn’t have enough pressure to help but she
had just enough. The room was very relaxing and clean. I highly recommend and
wish I would’ve went to her sooner!

She is definitely a hidden gem in Gahanna. I have had a couple of prenatal
massages from Bri & they have been heavenly! She has amazing pressure and
knowledge of how to manipulate the muscles- even while I am 37 weeks pregnant.

the second floor with only stair access.

If you're looking for a massage therapist that will make you feel at ease while
working out those knotted muscles and problem spots, your search has ended. I've
been to many different massage therapists, and Briana combines the best
techniques with an innate sense for what needs work. She has a very loyal
following and my only concern is that as her new business grows, I might have
issues getting my favorite time slots.
