   BRITISH SAS (SPECIAL AIR SERVICE) BERET AND BADGE CIRCA 1950S-60S
   
   An original British SAS (Special Air Service) Beret and badge circa
   1950s-60s, constructed in biege wool. The sand-coloured beret of the Special
   Air Service was adopted by the Regiment to represent the dessert where it was
   formed in North Africa in 1941 by David Stirling. The beige beret was worn
   from 1942-1944. In 1944, when the SAS returned to the UK they were forced to
   adopt the maroon beret of the airborne forces as they became part of that
   command. The beret is in worn condition, with a few moth niks complete with
   the original leather head band, and cotton liner. This items is perfect for
   any collection who specialise in Airborne and Special Forces items.

 * BRITISH WW2 PARATROOPER HELMET MK1 BMB
   
   A rare WW2 British Paratrooper helmet MK1, with original liner and leather
   chin strap. Inside the helmet the leather liner is in worn condition with the
   makers mark and 'BMM' for (Briggs Motor Bodies) and the is 6 5/8, and the
   leather straps are in very good condition. The outer shell is painted olive
   drab green with no dents. This desirable airborne helment has no damage or
   repairs in very good condition.

 * GERMAN WW2 HEER CAVALRY 5TH REGIMENT OFFICERS VISOR CAP
   
   An early German WW2 Heer Cavalry 5th Regiment Officers Visor Cap, constructed
   with grey-green felted doeskin with three bands of golden yellow for cavalry
   units with dark green woolen band for Army/Heer and braided wire chin cord
   for officers. The front of the cap retains original cockade and eagle,
   complete with skull. The interior of the cap is lined with orange/brown satin
   fabric with wear. The brown leather sweatband is intact with no makers mark
   or size, approx size 56. The cap has a nice sadle shape with a few minor moth
   holes otherwise in nice condition.

   GERMAN WW2 POLIZEI GENDARMERIE NCO SHAKO
   
   An original German WW2 Polizei Gendarmerie NCO Shako 1936 pattern, worn by
   rural police. The shako is constructed in molded, black vulcan fibre body
   with green wool exterior and two ventilation holes situated on each side,
   complete with a brown lacquered leather peak and chin strap.  The front of
   the shako is complete with large aluminum Police Eagle, with the National
   tri-color cockade above. The inside of the police shako is missing
   drawstring, and has no makers mark. Overall, this is an excellent item very
   good condition which would make a great display.

 * HEER CAPTURED TROPICAL PITH HELMET
   
   A Heer captured tropical pith helmet, constructed in cork covered in khaki
   coloured cotton, with dark brown leather chip strap. The helmet includes two
   alloy stamped insignia, on the left side is the Heer eagle in silver with a
   black background, and on the right side is the  National tri-color shield.
   The interior of the helmet is lined with red felt, complete with dark leather
   sweatband which is unmarked, apart from a unreadable label with the wearer`s
   initials sewn into the rear. The pith helmet is reissued in good condition
   with minor signs of wear and age.

   HEER EM/NCOS INFANTRY VISOR CAP
   
   A Heer Heer EM/NCOs Visor Cap, constructed with grey-green felted doeskin
   with three bands of white for Infantry with dark green woolen band for
   Army/Heer. The visor cap features a high peak crown complete with Wehrmacht
   eagle insignia, with alluminium cockade in the centre. The leather chin cord
   is attached either side of the cap, which sits beautifully on the black
   lacquered leathered peak. The interior of the cap is lined with biege fabric
   with clear diamond celluloid in the centre with no markers mark with the
   recepiants name 'Koch' complete with brown leather sweatband. The visor cap

   A Heer Flak EM/NCO's visor cap, constructed with grey-green felted doeskin
   with three bands of red pipping for Flak/Artillery units with dark green
   woolen band for Army/Heer and leather chin strap denoting the rank of EM/NCO.
   The front of the cap retains original cockade and eagle insignia in crisp
   condition. The interior of the cap is lined with satin fabric which has
   slight staining with a clear diamond celluloid in the centre with the markers
   mark 'Jo Fall, Donaueschingen, Stirndruckfrei, Deutsches Reichspatent'. The
   brown leather sweatband is in subple condition, with no size stamp evident.
   The cap has a beautiful shape with a few minor moth holes otherwise in nice
   condition.

   An early Heer Flak EM/NCOs Visor Cap By Wilhelm Wethekam, constructed with
   grey-green felted doeskin with three bands of red pipping for Flak/Artillery
   units with dark green woolen band for Army/Heer and leather chin. The front
   of the cap retains original cockade and zinc eagle insignia. The interior of
   the cap is lined with orange/brown satin fabric with slight wear with a clear
   diamond celluloid in the centre with size number "57". The brown leather
   sweatband is in subple condition manufacturer's and a year stamp
   "Uniformmützenfabrik Wilhelm Wethekam Dresden 21" and "1939".  The cap has a
   nice sadle shape with a few minor moth holes otherwise in nice condition.

   An orginal WW2 German Heer M43 Officers field cap, constructed in grey field
   grey wool with aluminium wire piping running around the top of the outer edge
   of the crown, with two  pebbled and grey-painted zink buttons. The front of
   the M43 cap has a typical flat wire bevo trapezoid insignia factory applied.
   The interior of the M43 cap has a silver grey rayon liner stamped size 57 in
   black ink, with a partial brown leather sweatband across the forehead. The
   cap has light sweat stains in the liner with no damage or repairs otherwise
   in good condition.

   HEER OFFICER ADMINISTRATIVE VISOR CAP BY ERSTKLASSIG
   
   A Heer Officer Administrative Visor Cap by Erstklassig, constructed in
   doeskin wool with a dark green central band, and dark green Waffenfarbe
   piping for (Heeresverwaltung) Army Administration Branch.  The visor cap
   features a high peak crown complete with Wehrmacht eagle insignia, and a
   padded silver bullion wire oak wreath with a metal cockade in the centre. 
   The silver twisted bullion chin cord is attached either side of the cap by
   silver pebbled buttons, which sits beautifully on the black lacquered
   leathered peak.  The interior of the cap is lined with beige satin fabric
   with clear diamond celluloid in the centre with the classic markers mark
   "Erstklassig Gesetz Gesch" which depicts a diamond shape surmounted by an
   eagle with outstretched wings facing the left.   The brown leather sweatband
   is embossed with "Riviera" between two logos stamped on either side.  The cap
   has a beautiful shape in nice condition.

 * HEER PANZER EM/NCO’S VISOR CAP
   
   An original WW2 German (Heer) Panzer EM/NCO's visor cap, constructed in
   grey-green doeskin with three bands of pink pipping for Panzer units and dark
   green woolen band for Army/Heer with black leather chin strap. The interior
   of the cap is lined with beige satin fabric with clear diamond celluloid in
   the centre with the classic markers mark “Erstklassig Gesetz Gesch” which
   depicts a diamond shape surmounted by an eagle with outstretched wings facing
   the left. The brown leather sweatband is nice and supple unmarked size 57.
   The cap is missing one of the prong on the eagle and has no damage of repair,
   good honest piece.

   KING’S OWN REGIMENT OFFICER’S AIRBORNE BERET
   
   A rare and genuine King's Own Regiment Officer's Airborne Beret, constructed
   in maroon wool with officer's bullion cap badge with maroon backing. The unit
   served as part of 14 Airlanding Brigade, 44th Indian Division, which was
   short lived and only existed from November 1944 - February 1945. Inside the
   liner has the popular tailors label 'Conway William of London'. The beret has
   one small moth hole, otherwise in good condition.

 * LUFTWAFFE M42 SINGLE DECAL HELMET ET66
   
   A Luftwaffe M42 Single Decal Helmet ET66, the shell shows light wear with the
   original factory blue field paint.   The decal has been nicely applied with
   sharp detail with a few minor scratches.  The helmet is complete with the
   original liner and the 3 split pins are nicely secure, the rim is clearly
   stamped"ET66" denoting the maker Eisenhüttenwerke Thale', and the size '66'
   and the lot number is nicely stamped "1545" at the rear of the rim.   The
   shell shows signs of wear, otherwise in good condition.

 * LUFTWAFFE M42 SINGLE DECAL NORMANDY CAMOUFLAGE HELMET CKL66
   
   A WW2 German Luftwaffe M42 single decal camouflage helmet CKL66, most
   probably worn by Luftwaffe field division troops. The helmet is stamped on
   the rim 'ckl66' by manufactured Eisenhuttenwerk, Thale circa 1943 size 66.
   This camouflage helmet includes factory paint finish with khaki colour paint,
   with Luftwaffe decal. The leather lining is soft, with original cord stamped
   size 59, the  prongs are flat and tight. The leather chin strap is dated
   '1941' complete with makers mark. A stunning example of a Luftwaffe M42
   single decal Normandy camouflage in worn condition.

   USAAF OFFICERS CRUSHER CAP BY KNOX
   
   Original USAAF Officers Crushers Cap By Knox, is a classic WW2 aviator's
   visor worn by USAAF pilots in Europe and the Pacific.  Constructed in olive
   drab wool by Knox New York, which is clearly marked inside the visor cap. 
   The size is approximately 7 US or 56 metric size in a nice worn state with
   the iconic "crush shape".   The cap features a WW2 USAAF Eagle insignia in
   gold, with a leather peak and chinstrap with a set of gold buttons complete
   with the USAAF emblem.

 * WW2 M42 GERMAN HEER HELMET HKP62
   
   A late WW2 M42 German Heer Helmet with original liner and leather chin strap,
   the inside the rim is stamped "Hkp62" indicating production by Sächsische
   Emaillier und Stanzwerke A.G, size 62 and the serial number is "2142".  The
   helmet retains its dark olive green factory-applied paint, and all three
   liner rivets are intact complete with soft leather liner and drawstring. 
    This late-war M42 helmet is untouched, with no damage or repairs in good
   condition.

 * WWII GERMAN KYFFHAUSER BUND (VETERAN’S ORGANIZATION) VISOR CAP
   
   A WWII German Kyffhauser Bund (Veteran's Organization) visor cap, constructed
   in dark blue wool with leather peak and chinstrap.  The black central woolen
   band includes a swastika and DRKB monument pattern complete with Kyffhauser
   Bund eagle, and cockade.   Inside the visor cap is silk lined with celluloid
   diamond and silver embossed DRKB logo, with a tag under the leather
   sweatband  "D.R.K.B. Kyffhauser, Mutze, Merstellerfirma Nr. 51" size 56.
