A WILD WEEKEND FORAGING WITH GAZ OAKLEY
In Wild Weekends we give you the chance to experience a weekend in nature,
through the eyes of someone new. There are five great guests and we'll be
sharing one episode a month. In episode two we join plant-based chef Gaz Oakley
as he visits The Fold in Herefordshire. He contemplates the importance of caring
for ourselves as he gets woken by birds, unwinds in the sauna and cooks pizza
too hot to eat, even when drizzled with wild garlic sauce.
