Bruce Johnson

Chief Executive Officer


BRUCE JOHNSON

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

As the president and chief executive officer (CEO) of GHX, Bruce Johnson leads
the world’s largest digital trading network for healthcare, which brings
together provider, manufacturer, distributor and group purchasing organizations
as part of a collaborative and connected community aligned to drive higher
levels of supply chain efficiency, resiliency and clinical integration.

A key member of the GHX executive leadership team since the company was founded
in March 2000, Johnson has played a critical role in the creation of a global
platform that connects the vast majority of hospitals and suppliers in North
America and Europe. Under his leadership, GHX has built the industry’s largest,
unified data core of transaction, vendor, clinical and supply data, which drives
evidence-based decisions about the products used in the delivery of care.  

Prior to being named CEO in 2007, Johnson served as the company’s chief
operating officer and previously led business development, professional
services, sales, marketing and corporate communications. Before joining GHX,
Johnson spent 12 years at GE Healthcare in a variety of management roles in
sales and marketing.

Johnson is also an active member of the local Denver philanthropic community,
serving as the Chairman of A Precious Child’s Board of Trustees and as an active
board member for Colorado UpLift and the Broomfield Community Foundation.
Johnson has been named a “Corporate Citizen of the Year” by the Denver Business
Journal and an Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur Of The Year.”

Johnson earned a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University
of Nebraska at Lincoln and his master’s in Business Administration from the
Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Chris Batson

Chief Financial Officer


CHRIS BATSON

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

As the chief financial officer (CFO) of GHX, Chris Batson is responsible for
directing the company’s fiscal functions. He also provides strategic leadership
by working with the executive management team to establish long-range goals,
strategies, plans and policies. Batson is committed to maximizing long-term
value for customers and equity holders and fostering growth initiatives.

Batson brings a unique blend of experience, including extensive experience in
general management, business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, capital
structure management and private and public company management.

Prior to being named CFO in 2021, Batson served as the company’s Vice-President,
Finance and Accounting. In this role, he was responsible for the company’s
Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Tax, Audit, Financial Reporting and
Controllership functions. Before joining GHX, Batson held a variety of C-suite
and senior business and finance leadership functions at organizations such as
ACS Group, Ciber Inc., TeleTech Holdings and NCR Corporation.

Batson holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and
a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee. 

CJ Singh

Chief Technology Officer


CJ SINGH

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

As the chief technology officer at GHX, CJ Singh is responsible for all aspects
of the global technology organization, including infrastructure, business
applications, security, product engineering and architecture. An experienced
technology leader, Singh brings expertise and passion for driving product
innovation and building high-performing teams. His strong track record of
successfully building software in large, globally distributed technology
organizations, coupled with his start-up experience makes him an integral
contributor for GHX’s continued growth.

Prior to joining GHX in 2019, Singh led a global team as CTO at Healthgrades, a
leading online resource for information and data about physicians and hospitals.
Before Healthgrades, he served as CTO at Backcountry.com, an online specialty
retailer. Prior to those positions, Singh held senior roles in product,
technology and engineering at some of the country’s leading tech companies
including Yahoo and Oracle, among others.

Singh holds a Master of Science in Information System Management from Carnegie
Mellon University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Science, from
the University of Gulbarga in India.

Tina Vatanka Murphy

Division President, Value Based Care


TINA VATANKA MURPHY

DIVISION PRESIDENT, VALUE BASED CARE

Tina Vatanka Murphy combines strong customer focus with deep expertise in
driving both organic and inorganic growth.

Murphy is responsible for executive leadership for all customer-facing
functions, including Product and Market Development, Sales, Marketing and
Customer Operations. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and
technology, she has a proven track record of instilling a customer focused
culture that delivers value to GHX and its global customers.

Murphy joined GHX shortly after its inception in 2000 and has held a variety of
leadership roles, most recently serving as senior vice president, Global Product
& Corporate Development and previously as president of GHX Europe. As her
leadership responsibilities have increased, Murphy’s ability to drive
innovation, meaningful change and strategic alignment across diverse
stakeholders has provided the solid foundation for the company’s continued
growth. Prior to joining GHX, Murphy held various sales management positions at
B. Braun Medical, Inc.

Murphy is focused on building a strong culture of empowered employees with a
relentless focus on customer delight. She believes strongly in the power of the
learning organization, one that celebrates diversity of thought and the
perspectives from all GHX customers and employees.

Murphy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana University.

Nedzad Fajic

President, GHX Europe


NEDZAD FAJIC

PRESIDENT, GHX EUROPE

As president of GHX Europe, Nedzad Fajic directs the European leadership team,
leads the company's European operations and supports customer success. Fajic
expanded the footprint of GHX in Europe through regional growth and product
extension initiatives. He successfully serves healthcare manufacturer and
provider customers and helps to lower supply chain costs through automation,
accuracy and efficiency throughout the European market. During his tenure, GHX
Europe won the Healthcare Supply Chain Solution Company of the Year 2013 Award
from Frost & Sullivan, in Paris.

Fajic brings more than 20 years of IT and leadership experience with some of
Europe's largest and most successful companies. Before joining GHX, Fajic was
the regional vice president at Infor Global Solutions for Central Europe. Prior
to that he led, as vice president, SAP’s channel business in DACH for several
years and spent seven years at Siemens in different vice president and managing
director roles. Fajic started his career in Finance at Deutsche Telekom in
Germany.

In 2011, Fajic was voted one of the 100 most influential people working in
technology in Germany (by an independent jury under the supervision of IDG
Business Media/Channel Partner).

Fajic earned a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University
of Cologne, received a Doctorate in Industrial Engineering from the University
Politehnica of Bucharest and completed the Executive Doctor of Business
Administration program at the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw.

Christopher M. McManus

Senior Vice President & General Counsel


CHRISTOPHER M. MCMANUS

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & GENERAL COUNSEL

Chris McManus brings more than 20 years of business and legal experience to his
role as senior vice president and general counsel for GHX. In this role, he is
responsible for directing the company’s domestic and international legal
affairs, including commercial agreements, corporate governance, litigation,
intellectual property and general corporate matters.

McManus came to GHX from MDC Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC), where he held positions
of increasing responsibility during more than five years with the organization.
Prior to joining MDC, he was in private practice, focusing on corporate and
securities matters. Before attending law school, McManus was a senior associate
with the Computer Assurance Services Group of what is now
PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP.

McManus graduated from Boston College Law School after earning a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting
from Babson College. 

Alexis Kearns

Chief People Officer


ALEXIS KEARNS

CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER

Alexis Kearns serves as the Chief People Officer at GHX. She is a passionate
professional who believes that an organization’s number one competitive
advantage is the high performance of its people. With more than 20 years of
executive HR experience, Kearns has dedicated her career to helping
organizations create solutions that unlock that performance. She specializes in
transformational change management, HR strategy, strong organizational cultures,
pre- and post-merger and acquisitions, leadership development, team
effectiveness and executive coaching.  

Kearns has worked in a variety of industries including healthcare, energy,
technology, consumer products, manufacturing, hospitality, public safety, retail
and telecommunications. Prior to joining GHX, Kearns was the senior vice
president of HR for ReedGroup, directing all HR activities for 1,500 employees
in the U.S. and Canada.  

Kearns began her career at Arthur Andersen, where she focused on change
management consulting for technology companies. After leaving Arthur Andersen,
she held executive leadership positions for a start-up division of Level 3
Communications and, later, at GHX. She has extensive experience as an executive
coach, and as an independent team building consultant to C-suite teams across
the country through her work with Tribus Allen Partners.   

Kearns graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Organizational Communication from the University of Illinois at
Champaign-Urbana. She was recognized by the Denver Business Journal as one of
the “Top 40 under 40” leaders within the community.  

Steve Jackson

General Manager, Exchange Services


STEVE JACKSON

GENERAL MANAGER, EXCHANGE SERVICES

As general manager, Exchange Services, Jackson is responsible for uniting GHX’s
stakeholders to accelerate the industry’s vision for a clinically integrated
supply chain that delivers better patient outcomes at lower cost, help empower
healthcare supply chain resiliency and support the market shift to cloud-based
ERPs. Overseeing sales, product and operations, Jackson will steward the
co-development of GHX’s next generation of clinically integrated solutions,
advanced supply chain analytics and customer experience programs.

Jackson brings more than 20 years of experience to GHX, having previously worked
with healthcare providers, suppliers and payers to make healthcare more
accessible, affordable and personal. He joins GHX from National Research
Corporation (NRC), an industry-leading voice of customer (VOC) platform
leveraged by more than 75% of Top 200 US health systems. During his tenure, the
company transformed its market position to bring customers real-time insight
into patient preferences, attitudes and healthcare experiences. While at NRC,
customer and employee Net Promoter Scores (NPS) more than doubled, and the
company’s market capitalization grew from $330M to more than $1.4B.

Earlier in his career, Jackson held various senior operating and management
roles at companies such as Vocera Communications, The Advisory Board Company and
Neoforma. He was responsible for driving market share, revenue, profit growth
and shareholder value in addition to developing breakthrough SaaS solutions and
building high-performing teams.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics from the University of
California, Davis. Outside the office, Jackson lives with his family in the San
Francisco Bay Area, where he holds the titles of short-order chef, chief
transportation officer and food/wine critic. 

Bonnie Lai

General Manager, Lumere


BONNIE LAI

GENERAL MANAGER, LUMERE

As General Manager, Lumere, Bonnie provides strategic vision for the business
unit and advises health system executives on how to achieve the best clinical
outcomes at an optimal cost. Since GHX acquired Lumere in January 2020, Bonnie
has co-led efforts to bring together the capabilities of each organization to
provide health systems what they need to build clinically integrated supply
chains and thrive in a value-based environment.

Previously, she served as Vice President of Product and Operations at Lumere
where she was responsible for the customer experience, including Lumere’s suite
of technology solutions, research, customer support and advisory services. She
has shepherded important initiatives such as expanding Lumere’s analytics
coverage to include a growing list of med/surg products and device cost per case
at the physician level, facilitating Cloud ERP implementation success and
launching new consulting services. Under her leadership, Lumere’s Category
Optimization solution was recognized as a Chicago Innovation Award winner for
success in bolstering evidence-based decision making in healthcare. Prior,
Bonnie served as the General Manager & Vice President of Lumere’s Pharmacy
Solutions, developing a business line to extend Lumere’s medical device
capabilities to drugs.

Prior to Lumere, Bonnie was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a
management consulting firm. There she served clients across the healthcare
industry (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, payers, providers).

Bonnie started her career as a scientific researcher. She received her PhD in
biomedical engineering from Duke University, where she was a National Science
Foundation fellow. Her research focused on HIV prevention. Bonnie received her
bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in biomedical engineering and art
theory and practice.

Todd Plesko

General Manager, Syft


TODD PLESKO

GENERAL MANAGER, SYFT

Todd Plesko has led several successful healthcare technology companies,
including Syft that was acquired by GHX in 2022. Formerly the Chief Executive
Officer and member of the board of directors at Syft, Todd was responsible for
the strategic direction of the company and was instrumental in driving sales and
product development strategies and investor relationships.  

Currently serving as the General Manager of the Syft business unit within GHX,
Todd continues to guide business and growth strategies for Syft as well as
product innovation for the Syft Synergy supply chain automation platform used
today by nearly one thousand hospitals and health systems in the United States
and Canada. He also leads Syft’s services teams who have provided inventory
services to hospitals across the nation for more than two decades. 

Prior to joining the GHX family, Todd served as Chief Information Officer for a
multi-site healthcare provider organization and then as Chief Executive Officer
of triPRACTIX, one of the nation’s largest GE Centricity resellers. He went on
to found and serve as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Extension
Healthcare – acquired by Vocera Communications in 2016 – where, as Vice
President of Product Strategy, he guided all aspects of product management and
development.   

Rob Alcock

General Manager, ePay


ROB ALCOCK

GENERAL MANAGER, EPAY

As general manager of GHX’s ePay organization for healthcare payment process
solutions, Rob Alcock is responsible for the ePay integrated sales, operations,
product and alliance organizations, focused on accelerating the company’s
expansion in the market and delivering increasing value to our customers.

With 25 years of experience in technology and financial services, Alcock has
extensive expertise in payments, digital commerce, online marketplaces, supply
chain modernization, commercial banking, fintech and accounting/ERP.

Alcock joins GHX from Amazon where he was general manager of Global Alliances
for Amazon’s business marketplace. Previously, Alcock was at American Express
where he held numerous senior executive leadership positions with Global
Innovation and Development, Global Strategy and Business Development, Global
Business Development and Partnerships, and Global B2B Payment Solutions.

Chrystie Leonard

Chrystie Leonard brings more than twenty years of diverse experience and
leadership in the healthcare market to GHX. An executive with a strong passion
for excellence and values, she has led a wide range of functional teams
including commercial, financial, strategic, corporate development and more. Her
breadth of experience spans start-ups, mid-size companies and large
multi-national organizations in medical device, pharma, diagnostics,
communications and urgent care.

In her current role as general manager, Vendormate, Leonard is responsible for
overseeing the Commercial, Product and Operations teams with P/L responsibility
and Atlanta site leadership. Her multi-functional expertise and track record for
accelerating, forming and even turning around high-growth businesses, makes her
uniquely suited to lead this $70M business unit. Leonard is passionate about
investing in people and driven to transform the business. 

During the five years prior to joining GHX in 2019, Leonard founded and operated
a multi-location urgent care provider organization, BestCare Now, and was the
owner of Nascent Medical, a medical communications company. Prior to that,
Leonard held senior leadership roles within Siemens Diagnostics,
Covidien/Medtronic and Bard Medical, leading teams responsible for closing
billion-dollar acquisitions, creating companywide strategic plans, forming new
divisions and turning around ailing businesses.

Leonard holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Boston College, an MBA in
Finance from Babson College, and a master’s degree in Pharmacology &
Experimental Therapeutics from Boston University.  

Scott Kelley

Senior Vice President, Sales and Customer Success


SCOTT KELLEY

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, SALES AND CUSTOMER SUCCESS

Scott Kelley is the senior vice president of Sales and Customer Success at GHX,
reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. In his current role, Kelley
leads the sales team, responsible for all commercial activities across the
healthcare provider and supplier markets, in North America. Prior to joining
GHX, Kelley spent 18 years with GE Healthcare in a series of commercial roles
with increasing responsibility. Before GE, Kelley spent eight years with Fuji
Medical Systems.

Kelley brings a tremendous amount of experience leading commercial teams across
a number of different clinical and functional areas in the healthcare market. He
brings insight, leadership and a focus to be responsive to customers as they
solve the challenges of driving cost out of healthcare.

Kelley is a former member of the University of Texas Healthcare MBA Advisory
Board and GE Healthcare Diversity Board. He earned a bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration from the University of North Texas. 

Paul Feicht

Senior Vice President, Global Customer Operations


PAUL FEICHT

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, GLOBAL CUSTOMER OPERATIONS

Paul A. Feicht brings more than 20 years of senior management experience working
domestically and abroad to his role as senior vice president, Global Customer
Operations, for GHX. In his role, Feicht drives operational excellence around
the delivery of integration and implementation services, business intelligence
services, content management services, and customer support for GHX.

Prior to joining GHX, Feicht served as vice president of Global Professional
Services for GXS with responsibility for the Managed Service delivery ecosystem
supporting the global implementation and management of supply chain integration
services including electronic data interchange (EDI), software as a service
(SaaS), and related B2B commerce platforms. Before GXS, Feicht was a senior
director with Perot Systems where he spent more than 11 years managing
Enterprise Scale Business and Technology Outsourcing solutions to multinational
companies.

Feicht earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of
Maryland, an MBA from George Mason University, and a graduate certificate in
e-commerce from the University of Maryland. Additionally, Feicht earned a
graduate certificate in International Business from Oxford University in Oxford
England.

Chris Luoma

Senior Vice President, Global Product Management


CHRIS LUOMA

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, GLOBAL PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Chris Luoma is the senior vice president of Global Product Management at GHX. In
his current role, Luoma has responsibility for the complete end-to-end product
lifecycle process and overall portfolio strategies. With more than 20 years of
experience in the health information technology industry, Luoma's
responsibilities have spanned customer service, consulting, sales, strategy,
product marketing and product management.

Luoma joined GHX in 2014 as part of the Vendormate acquisition, where he was
vice president of Business Development. Prior to Vendormate, Luoma served as
director of Product Marketing for Bottomline Technologies, working with clients
and market thought leaders to make payment and document-centric interactions
between customers, suppliers, and employees more productive and efficient.

Before Bottomline Technologies, Luoma held a number of roles at Optio Software
with a focus on helping healthcare organizations acquire and implement automated
solutions for clinical and financial document management. Luoma came to Optio
Software via the acquisition of a healthcare startup focused on electronic
health records.

Luoma is a graduate of Duke University with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical
Engineering.

Laura Dunbar

Senior Vice President, Global Marketing


LAURA DUNBAR

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, GLOBAL MARKETING

Laura Dunbar is responsible for Global Marketing at GHX with a focus on
expanding GHX’s market presence, growth strategy and deepening customer
engagement. She joined the company in 2018, bringing more than two decades of
marketing leadership experience concentrated in healthcare and IT-related
organizations.

Prior to joining GHX, Dunbar served as vice president of Marketing at
GetWellNetwork, a leading provider of patient engagement technology solutions.
She has also held marketing and leadership roles at West Corporation, as vice
president of Marketing Strategy for the healthcare practice, and VMware, where
she led product marketing for the company’s IT Business Management and IT
Benchmarking solutions.

Dunbar holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of
Colorado at Colorado Springs and a master’s degree in Business Administration
for Marketing from San Jose State University.

Sloane Stricker

Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer


SLOANE STRICKER

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

As the Chief Information Officer for GHX, Sloane Stricker leads Global
Technology Services for the world’s largest electronic trading exchange for
healthcare managing all aspects of the company’s information technology across
commercial systems, business applications, enterprise technology and global
infrastructure ensuring that GHX’s technology adds the maximum value to GHX’s
services, solutions and customers. Stricker also serves as the Chief Security
Officer responsible for GHX’s global data security, privacy, IT controls and
risk management.

Prior to joining GHX, Stricker was CTO and Co-Founder of Datavail Corporation
where he created industry-first technology solutions for data management,
analytics, cloud monitoring, security and professional services growing Datavail
to one of the largest remote data services companies In North America.

Before Datavail, Stricker was Director of Technology at Level 3 Communications
(now Century Link) responsible for the company’s global data platforms and
infrastructure.  Prior to Level 3, he helped grow Corporate Express (now
Staples) early on as Principle Architect responsible for all database systems
development and administration after starting his career at Sprint Corporation
as a software developer.

Stricker is a combat veteran of the U.S. Army’s 45th Infantry Brigade Combat
Team, Air Assault and Military Police Corps serving in multiple campaigns. He
holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information
Systems (MIS) from the University of Oklahoma.

Eric Meizlish

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT AND STRATEGY

As Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development, Eric is responsible for
leading enterprise-wide strategy, sourcing and executing on mergers and
acquisitions, driving growth through innovation and new business creation, and
engaging in strategic partnerships to help GHX continue to expand its business
and impact for its customers.

Eric previously held the role of Vice President, Strategy – Data Solutions. In
this function, he oversaw the company’s overarching data strategy, collaborating
with business leaders across the company, designing new ways to serve GHX’s
customer base with data and analytics capabilities, and partnering externally
with complementary organizations.

Meizlish joined GHX in January 2020 through the acquisition of Lumere, which he
cofounded in 2012 and subsequently served as its President and Chief Strategy
Officer. He was responsible for developing and communicating the company’s
strategic direction, overseeing financial performance, and leading partnership,
fundraising, and investor initiatives.

Prior to Lumere, Meizlish spent seven years as a portfolio manager at Citadel,
the global asset manager, in their flagship Global Equities business, where he
invested in publicly traded businesses in the Technology, Media, and
Telecommunications sectors.

Meizlish is a graduate of Yale University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics
and Mathematics.

Peter Nelson

Vice President & General Manager, Global Alliances


PETER NELSON

VICE PRESIDENT & GENERAL MANAGER, GLOBAL ALLIANCES

Peter Nelson has more than 25 years of experience in delivering innovative
global supply chain technologies to the healthcare industry. He has exceptional
knowledge of healthcare operations in global markets, with a specific focus on
Americas and EMEA. In his current role, Nelson is responsible for supporting
growth through corporate development at GHX, with strategic partnerships. 

Nelson joined GHX in 2003. He has since held a variety of management roles at
GHX North America and Europe, and has played key roles in the company’s success
and growth by leading major initiatives.

Nelson’s previous experience in the healthcare industry includes executive-level
positions with Medibuy, Enterprise Systems, Inc. (ESI), McKesson, Premier Health
Exchange and Eastern Maine Medical Center. Over the years, he successfully
developed and implemented various supply chain technologies, including
enterprise scheduling, materials management and cost accounting systems.

Nelson holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Husson College in Maine.

Dr. Melody Vanoy

Vice President, Diversity and Inclusion


DR. MELODY VANOY

VICE PRESIDENT, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

Dr. Vanoy closely collaborates with the executive team and employees to design
and scale GHX’s global diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategy. She
creates DEI initiatives and best practices that focus on achieving measurable,
sustainable results, including improved diversity representation at all levels
of the organization and increased employee engagement. 

Melody joins GHX from Trinity Health, one of the largest multi-institutional
Catholic health care delivery systems in the nation. With over 125,000
employees, it serves people and communities in 22 states from coast to coast
with 96 hospitals, and 120 continuing care facilities, home health and hospice
programs, and PACE center locations that provide nearly 2.5 million visits
annually.

During her 24 years in healthcare, she served in clinical and non-clinical roles
of increasing responsibility, including Radiology Diversity Representative where
in addition to serving as a radiography technician, she was also responsible for
developing and implementing the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) programing
for the department, System Director of Diversity where she was instrumental in
the re-design of Trinity Health’s (TH) system wide DEI strategy which further
aligned the work to the overall business of TH and most recently Regional
Director of Diversity and Inclusion where she not only designed targeted local
DEI strategies for her region which included Maryland, Georgia, Pennsylvania,
and Florida but also coached board members, senior executives and leaders on
leveraging DEI opportunities in their overall business goals and outcomes.

Melody serves as Board Member of Mental Health America of Southeast Florida, a
non-profit organization dedicated to promoting mental health and victory over
mental illness and related challenges through education, prevention, advocacy,
research, and empowerment.

She holds a PhD in Organization and Management with research emphasis in bias
outcomes in diversity education, an MBA in Global Management, and an
undergraduate degree in Art History. She lives in Fort Lauderdale FL, with her
mother Cornelia, cats Twilight, Twinkle and Tiffany and has an 18-year-old son
Jaden in college at Howard University in Washington DC.

Karen Conway

Vice President, Healthcare Value


KAREN CONWAY

VICE PRESIDENT, HEALTHCARE VALUE

Karen Conway works to advance the role of the supply chain as a critical enabler
of a value-based healthcare system. In her role at GHX, she applies her
extensive knowledge of supply chain operations and systems thinking to align
processes, data and incentives across the healthcare ecosystem. She is also
passionate about generating evidence on what improves the health of people and
populations and the performance of organizations upon which an effective
healthcare system depends. 

Conway is past chair of the Association for Healthcare Resource and Materials
Management (AHRMM), and serves on the boards of the Strategic Marketplace
Initiative (SMI) and the Bellwether League, the GS1 Global Healthcare Leadership
Team, the expert advisory council for the Supply Chain Advancement Network in
Health, and the healthcare advisory board for CAPS Research.

She is a co-author of the global leadership book Leading from the Edge, a
contributing author to eBusiness in Healthcare, and a monthly columnist on
“Standard Practices” for Healthcare Purchasing News. As a widely recognized
expert, she is frequently asked to speak on unique device identification and the
role of supply chain in addressing the social, economic and environmental
determinants of health. She was named a 2019 “Pro to Know” by Supply and Demand
Chain Executive magazine.

Conway holds a Masters in the Science of Healthcare Delivery from Arizona State
University and a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College.
