mildly surprised that as a standard, they have next day delivery if you are
early enough and the pricing was better! I was doing an online purchase which
I couldn't complete because of a software bug surrounding my delivery

there was a slight hiccup; they didn't make their mistake my issue. I
received good service from Brain and received my drone 2 days after payment.

Placed a online order for a DJI Mavic 2 pro and I'm based in Jhb. When the
drone arrived I had problems with the remote controller not charging. When I
called the customer care line Natasha took the call and assured me I don't
have to worry at all, if there is a problem the unit it will be taken care
of. Brian who assisted me with my purchase arrange to have the drone uplifted
at no extra charge to myself. A brand new unit was then sent out to me.
Besides having the best deals and lowest prices would definitely recommend

When collecting at our JHB Warehouse, please note the following:
* You may collect within 2hrs after payment is processed online.
* Collect within 24-48 hrs to avoid a possible R200 p/d holding fee.
* For security reasons and safety, you will receive an email with the
collection address after order is processed online.
* Please note the Sandton warehouse is for collections only, not a sales
counter.
* Please bring along your order number and ID/Drivers license that matches the
name on the order.
* If the order is in a company name please bring a letter on company letterhead
confirming who is collecting and their ID number.
* If you are unable to collect personally and wish to send someone else/courier
company to collect on your behalf please contact our Sandton warehouse to
make alternative arrangements.
