MEET THE CREW



We source our production teams through the Chicago Film Scene: a group of over
10,000 film crew members and actors. Collectively, members have produced
hundreds of projects, and worked on numerous major feature films and TV shows.
After founding the Chicago Film Scene in 2017, we wanted to create an
organization focused exclusively on producing feature films through
crowdfunding, while sourcing the very top talent from the Chicago Film Scene to
bring those films to life. Our production teams are all fully Chicago-based and
every film is crewed with directors, cinematographers, gaffers, grips, actors,
and more who have previously found success on major feature films. Members are
able to vote on many of our hires from a list of high-level candidates.

Your stake and potential payout grows over the course of the year.


STEP 3: PAYOUTS

You will receive payout proportional to your investment stake every December.






501(C)(3) NON-PROFIT STATUS

All investments are legally donations and can be written off on your taxes. Find
your Letter of Donation Acknowledgement in your Account.

Your investment goes directly to paying cast and crew. The profits go directly
back to you every December.

If you invest $100 over the course of a year, you can write that off on your
taxes in addition to receiving your profit distributions every December… it’s a
win-win

This system allows us to give the maximum back to both our investors and the
Chicago film community.
