capabilities of modern macro photography makes it easy to create incredible
images from almost any subject. In this presentation, Joey will share subject
ideas, creative solutions, and simple techniques that transform the small world
into larger than life images.
The rich potential of macro photography has always been captivating for Joey
Terrill. Using a camera to magnify and explore has lead him to discover unusual
subjects, special camera techniques, and intricate lighting, and then share
those discoveries with photographers who enjoy the magic of magnification.

Joey Terrill began his photography career with the Los Angeles Times before
moving to magazine and advertising photography for clients that include American
Express, Coca-Cola, Disney, Golf Digest, Major League Baseball, Nikon, Red Bull
and Sports Illustrated.
His career has included a range of specialties including architecture and
interior design, advertising and corporate photography, golf course landscapes,
and editorial portraiture.
But it's the rich potential within macro photography that has always been a
fascination. Using a camera to magnify and explore has lead him to experiment
with unusual subjects, various liquids, special camera techniques, and intricate
lighting. His macro studio is dedicated to exploring new possibilities.
Joey teaches workshops and speaks at seminars including The Illuminated
Photographer Workshops, Popular Photography Mentor Series, PhotoPlus Expo, WPPI,
Atlanta Photojournalism Seminar, UPAA Symposium, Consumer Electronics Show,
World in Focus, and Nikon School.

One of the best things about the Tulsa store is it's employees. This is the best
group of people to work with when it comes to anything photography related -
whether it is a purchase, the answer to a question, a demonstration or just
talking about photography. It has been my go-to for many years and I have made
numerous purchases there with 100% satisfaction every time. And these purchases
were made without a pushy sales person, but rather one that could objectively
share pluses and minuses to what I was interested in. This store has been a big
part of my photography journey and I am very grateful for it's presence in
Tulsa. I highly recommend choosing it when in need of anything photography
