Contract will be for the accomplishment of miscellaneous structural, electrical, and mechanical repairs, including dry-docking. Work will be performed in Portsmouth, Va., and is expected to be completed by August 2012. Contract funds in the amount of $8,219,488 will expire at the end of the fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with four proposals solicited and three offers received. Norfolk Ship Support Activity Regional Maintenance Center, Portsmouth, Va., is the contracting activity (N50054-11-C-1108).
