Opportunity Market Place and look forward to your questions about it! My
favorite feature of Opportunity Market place is its ability to provide AI
powered skills recommendations to employees based on their current job & job
history !

   If your HCM integration with the Talent Cloud ATS is setup to send skills per
   employee profile, we're able to receive them and add them to the Opportunity
   Market Place employee profile for very accurate job recommendations !

   Thank you Francois. We use Workday and we have current HCM integrations
   today. Would you recommend a separate Employee skills integration from the
   HCM or would you add skills related fields to the current Employee
   integration coming from HCM?

   Great question Lisa. As HCM integrations varies a lot client by client, the
   best would be to setup a call with Opportunity market Place iCIMS expert.
   Please contact your main iCIMS contact so we can set this up very quickly and
