Tim Zimmerman is a Vice President at Gartner and covers enterprise access layer
connectivity and IoT networking. Mr. Zimmerman's focus is on the end user
deployment of wired switching and wireless LAN architectures and governing
applications but also includes IoT solutions for asset tracking, indoor location
services and RFID. He assists clients in how emerging trends around these

RFPs, and vendor selection for over thirty years. He also advises vendors on
product requirements, product positioning, market messaging and competitive
analysis.
