Being a first time home buyer can be overwhelming at times and we were so
grateful to have found Zach to guide us through the journey. From the very
beginning Zach focused on simplifying the process through meeting us in person
and talking through the process from seeking out pre-approval through close and
move-in. What was even better were the individuals that Zach recommended along
the way (lending firm, home insurance, etc.); those recommendations paid
dividends in helping us secure our first home. What was also great, was how
patient Zach was during those critical moments while in the bidding phase. He
was incredible in laying out the hard facts while also giving us space to talk

We worked with Zach on our recent home purchase, and we were both impressed and
very happy working with him. I feel we made the right decision by working with
Zach in our home purchase and would 100% recommend working with him.There are a
few reasons for that: 1. First and foremost, we felt Zach really prioritized our
interests as buyers and really gave unbiased opinions. We had worked with other
agents before, and Zach was the only agent that developed a strategy to maximize
value for us (as opposed to his own interests, which is what we felt with other
agents). 2. Zach is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, processes,
regulations and everything in between. As first home buyer, we made an informed
decision and a big part of that was Zach being patient, taking the time to
explain things to us and, if he didn’t know the answer to something, he would
research or ask other colleagues and always get back to us with responses. 3. He
is timely and super responsive at all times, yet we did not feel pressured to
put any offers, participate in bidding wars or anything of the sort. Zach always
solved things on a very timely manner, but also gave us space to think and
reflect when we needed it – which is the right balance in my opinion. 4.
Finally, he made the entire closing process easy and stress free. He was in
constant communication with us, helped us deal with issues big and small (such
as getting a home warranty) and worked together with our lenders to ensure we
had a timely closing (even during the Christmas break).
