drinks while playing. Finally, this lady server blond hair came around and
refuse to bring us enough drinks for everyone playing the giant roulette by the
game tables, there were 7 of us playing and she only came back with 4 beers,
gave my wife a bad attitude. I would have reported her but never got her name. I
went to the bar to ask for bottle water and they asked for $10.00. Very
disappointing!!!

Stained capet, worn and stained furniture and filthy windows. I called to
request a new room and was told that we would need to go downstairs and wait in
line again. After a 6 hour drive we were not prepared physically to do that so
we stayed and decided that we just would not sit on the dirty furniture.Bedding:
Only three small pillows on a king size bed.We called to request another pillow
and were told that there were none available. Really????I. Bathroom had no
washcloths and only one hand towel.Hotel charges an additional $35.00 a night
"resort fee". We knew that going in, however the pool was.closed and shuttle
services to the strip have been stopped. What a rip.off!!Restaurants: Decent
food but very high priced. How about a bowl of bisque at the Voodoo
Staekhouse....$19.95.....Or $15.00 for a paper plate of noodles at.the Pho
cafe???? Shame on you Rio Suites!! Your Guests are being abused with extra
charges and horrible accomodations........

We checked in early online,then had to stop by the kiosk to pick up our room
keys. That process went smoothly. Once we arrived to our room we were pleasantly
surprised at how big the room was. We booked the cheapest option with a King
bed. It was definitely spacious. I brought my own Lysol disinfectant wipes to
wipe down all the high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, remotes, etc.)
and was surprised at how clean the wipe looked, not bad at all. The problem
happened when we came back to our room late at night on our first day. Went to
the main sink to was my hands, and there was a huge roach in the sink! I
panicked and was instantly disgusted. Then I went to the desk table to put my
phone to charge, and saw something run underneath my husband’s hat, which he had
on top of the desk. He picked up the hat, and it was another roach. We didn’t
even sleep underneath all the bed sheets because of the fear of more bugs! The
next day, same thing, we got back to the room and there was another roach by the
bathroom door’s door frame. DISGUSTING! When we checked out, I told the asian
lady that was helping us about the roach problem. All she said was” let me add a
note” she typed something and that was it. No apology or nothing!

next day, same thing, we got back to the room and there was another roach by the
bathroom door’s door frame. DISGUSTING! When we checked out, I told the asian
lady that was helping us about the roach problem. All she said was” let me add a
note” she typed something and that was it. No apology or nothing!
