PICKUP IN STORE & DELIVERY OPTIONS

Buy online and pick up today, or pick up tomorrow for a wider selection. Choose
curbside at Nordstrom stores or in store at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack—both
options are quick and convenient.

1) Set Your Store on a Search Results Page
When you're viewing a category or search results page, look for Free Pickup in
your filter options. Select Set Location and enter your ZIP code. Set the store
where you'd like to pick up your items and start shopping. You can choose
Available Today to shop a single store's selection or Available Tomorrow to shop
a wider selection in your area and we'll get your items to your chosen store the
next day. Find your nearest store.

2) Select Your Store on a Product Details Page
On a product details page, select Free Pickup and choose a store near you. Look
for Pick Up Today and Pick Up Tomorrow options when you're selecting the item's
size.

3) Pick Up in Store or Curbside
You'll get an email or app notification when your order is ready for pickup
letting you know where to go inside the store or directions for Curbside Pickup
(Curbside Pickup is available at Nordstrom stores only, not at Nordstrom Rack).
When you get to the store, we may ask to see your personal identification. We'll
hold your order for 5 days, so stop by soon!

Gift Options
Gift wrapping is available when you pick up your order at a Nordstrom store.
Choose gift options when you check out. Some items may not be eligible for
certain gift-wrap options.

Available Today: shows items currently in stock at the store you've chosen for
pickup.
Available Tomorrow: shows in-stock items at all locations in your area—we'll
ship the item to your chosen store for pickup the next day. Pickup is also
available at selected Nordstrom Rack stores.

On an individual product page, look for Pick Up Today and Pick Up Tomorrow
options when you're selecting the item's size.

EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Nordstrom Rack
Free standard shipping is not valid in Nordstrom Rack stores.

Additional Fees
For deliveries to Colorado, a 27¢ delivery fee will be charged.

International Orders
Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders. For delivery to
international addresses, please confirm or change your country by clicking the
country flag or name at the bottom of any page. Certain restricted items cannot
be shipped to international addresses. International customers will be notified
to remove these items during Checkout.

Special Locations
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery
to the military post office.

Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require 1 additional day to
deliver.

Rural domestic addresses require 1 or more additional days to deliver.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards ship separately, free of charge, via standard shipping and usually
arrive within 4-7 business days. Two Business Day delivery is available for a $9
shipping fee. To expedite a Gift Card to Alaska or Hawaii, please call
1.877.771.4438 to place your order; allow 1 extra business day for shipping. Our
eGift Cards are emailed within 4 hours of credit approval. International
customers cannot purchase or redeem Gift Cards online at this time.

Beauty
We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered. Some beauty items may be
considered hazardous materials due to their alcohol content and cannot be
shipped to certain ZIP codes in Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, military addresses
(diplomatic pouch mail, APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands) or
international addresses. Please call 1.800.7beauty for further shipping info.

Fine Jewelry
Fine jewelry and watch orders over $1,500 are shipped insured via expedited
shipping at no additional charge. A signature is required upon delivery. These
orders cannot be shipped to international addresses.

Designer Collections
Collection items follow the shipping options and charges outlined in expedited
shipping. Please consult a Designer Specialist at 1.877.543.7463 for specific
questions related to shipping, exchanges and returns.

Customized/Engraved Items
These items may be shipped only via standard shipping and usually arrive within
3-4 weeks. For shipping timeframes on customized items shipped internationally,
please contact customer service.

Special Orders
Certain in-stock items may require 5-8 business days for delivery. These special
orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, Guam,
Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands).

Green Shipping
