Build your brand and passively get leads by adding your link to your Agent Page
to your email signature, Instagram's bio link, LinkedIn, and more!

Sharing to My Agent Page

To share and link to your Agent Page, please navigate to the My Agent Page and
follow these steps:

1. Copy the Link: Click the “Copy Link” button to copy it to your clipboard.

2. Share on Social Media: Click the “Share on Social Media” button to open the
share screen. Choose the platform you want to share with and follow the prompts.

3. Add to Email Signature: Paste the copied link into your email signature.

3. Include in Social Bios/Profiles: Add links to your social media profiles and
other branded materials.

Using the Seller Calculator

The Seller Calculator is a simplified version of a Seller Net Sheet designed to
be simple for consumers to use and help capture leads for you.



Follow these steps to use the Seller Calculator:

1. Navigate to the Lead Calculators: In the LeadCapture, visit the “Leads
Calculator” page and click “Seller Calculator.”

2. Enter Property Details: Provide the address of your home, asking or sale
price, and total mortgage payoff amount.

3. Enter Contact Information: Prompt the user to enter their contact details.
This information will be captured as a warm lead in the My Leads section.

4. Generate Estimate: Click on “Generate Estimate.” The estimate will include
Seller Net Proceeds, Title & Escrow fees, Recording and Transfer fees, Mortgage
Payoffs, and Broker Commission.

5. Customize Fields: If needed, the user can adjust the Real Estate Commission
and other preset fields. These are set using defaults set by the Title Company.

6. Request Contact: If the user wants you to contact them, they will click the
“Discuss with” button. This will notify you via email and mark the lead as a Hot
Lead in the My Leads area.

Using the Buyer Calculator

The Buyer Calculator works similarly to the Seller Calculator, which is designed
to be simple for consumers to use and help capture leads for you.



Follow these steps to use the Buyer Calculator:

1. Navigate to the Lead Calculators: In the LeadCapture, visit the “Leads
Calculator” page and click “Buyer Calculator.”

2. Enter Property Details: Provide the dream home address, purchase price, and
down payment amount.

3. Enter Contact Information: Prompt the user to enter their contact details.
This information will be marked as a warm lead in the My Leads section.

4. Generate Estimate: Click on “Generate Estimate.” The estimate will include
Due At Closing costs (Down Payment, Lender Fees, Title & Escrow fees, Recording
& Transfer fees, Impounds) and Monthly Costs (Principal & Interest, Property
Tax, Home Insurance, and HOA Dues).

5. Customize Fields: If needed, the user can adjust the Down Payment Percentage,
Interest Rate, and Loan Term. These are set using defaults set by the Title
Company.

6. Request Contact: If the user wants you to contact them, they will click the
“Discuss with” button. This will notify you via email and mark the lead as a Hot
Lead in the My Leads area.

Marketing Materials in LeadCapture include a variety of infographics, flyers,
and social media images that you can share, download, or print. These materials
help you grow your business by keeping your communication professional and
relevant. There are a few dozen materials available, with more being added
regularly. Some flyers are customizable, allowing you to adjust the information.
Each flyer comes in two designs: Flyer (standard 8.5x11 paper format) and Social

My Leads Explained

The My Leads page is where you can view all potential leads collected from the
calculators. This page is a table with various columns, allowing you to filter
and sort to find exactly what you need. The leads are categorized into two
types: Warm and Hot. Warm leads have completed the calculator but haven’t
requested contact. Hot leads have explicitly requested that you contact them.
