the number of pets you can have in the home, but some cities and
Homeowners Associations do. Please be sure to check with the City and HOA that
covers this property to verify that you will fall within any potential rules

Something VERY IMPORTANT we are missing from all of these flows is Scam/Fraud
prevention.

IDEAS:

1) At time of schedulin ask the prospect where they learned about this property
from a dropdown. If "Craiglist" or another known source of scam/fraud, stop the
self-showing scheduling and provide a warning to the prospect

2) At completion of the tour clearly state that Progress ONLY accepts
applications via [methods] and only accepts payment via [methods] and warn of
scam/fraud.

We have 2 Fraud Prevention Specialists at Progress who would be great resources
to discuss this with.

I'd like to see us be more directional, Applicant and Future Resident could
cause confusion so how do we direct them appropriately and not make it look like
there are 3 ways to login to our systems;

are we looking for their mobile number? are we asking them to agree to SMS
messaging here? if not maybe we should? Might be future capability we use to
notify them of new homes.

where is value prop? why do I want to register? answer: "so we can send you new
homes in your search areas, notify you if your favorites are leased etc etc,"
not the right copy there but want them to understand the 'why' they should

lhawkins I know we have "Find a Home" in the mobile nav but do we have that
screen within the portal or does it link out to www? Trying to determine if it
makes sense as a nav item. For example, on this screen, you can search without
going through the portal nav. Maybe it's an in page callout/CTA and not a
section?
