balancing my work as a consultant learning and organisational professional. In
September 2020, I changed the name from The Coffee Club Consultancy. I joined

2008! I coached and trained for three years, sales teams, senior managers and
executives within a mid-size corporate, and then the financial crisis hit.
Redundancies led me to coach more people in regards to what they could do next.
When I was made redundant, I decided to take the plunge and start a training and
coaching business, The Coffee Club Consultancy (The name has a story to it).
Then in 2017, I span off the coaching, starting Ian Wilson Coaching.
