Our digital MSK platform enables you to make a referral, complete an assessment,
book treatment, record and monitor progress all in one place. It also screens
for additional physical and psychological symptoms to ensure clients receive
appropriate support. Clear escalation protocols flag cases requiring different
solutions with treatment underpinned by case management.


SIMPLE TO USE, SOPHISTICATED IN DESIGN


YOU’RE IN CONTROL OF YOUR HEALTH.

Reduce long waiting times for assessment and physiotherapy treatment. With
access to the platform 24/7, 365 days a year, you choose when and where to start
your recovery journey. Complete the assessment, review recommendations and
access treatment within minutes. You can see detailed information about your
clinic options, view and schedule appointments, access online physiotherapy
exercises and contact an HCML Case Manager.


COMBINING DIGITAL EASE WITH CLINICAL RIGOUR


TECHNOLOGY WITH A HUMAN TOUCH.

The platform guides you through a clinical assessment, defined and governed by
our in-house Medical Director. Where self-help programmes are recommended, you
get immediate access to a treatment exercise plan, which is then reviewed and
adjusted, if necessary, by an HCML Case Manager. Clients recommended
face-to-face physiotherapy can choose and book their physio on the platform from
one of HCML’s 1,000 clinically governed clinics.
