FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS



HOW DO I USE A VINE CARD?

Vine Cards give you the freedom to spend at the wineries that appear on the
website. Simply present your prepaid card for food, merchandise or services at
time of payment. The amount of every purchase you make will automatically be
deducted from the value on the prepaid card. You are free to use the same
prepaid card across multiple wineries. Once the entire Card amount has been
spent, it can no longer be used as a method of payment. To use the Card at a
point-of-sale terminal, simply swipe the magstripe on the back of the Card and
sign the receipt.

HOW DO I USE THE VINE CARD IN STORES?

Ensure you know your balance and tell the cashier to ring up as “credit”.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON THESE PREPAID CARDS?

The Card is redeemable only at the merchants whose logos appear on the website.
Please note that the Card will not work at Kitchen76 by Two Sisters Vineyards.

Card can only be used by someone who has, reached the legal drinking age in
Ontario. Merchant may deny the use of your Card if it determines that you or the
person using Card has not reached the legal drinking age. You are solely
responsible for possession, use and control of Card (including without
limitation regarding the use of Card for the purchase and consumption of
alcohol).

CAN I USE VINE CARDS ONLINE?

Online redemption may not be available for all merchants.

To make an online purchase:

 1. Select Credit as the payment method
 2. Enter the 16-Digit Card number located on the back of the Vine Card in the
    credit card field. Do not enter the 16-Digit Card number into the gift card
    field.
 3. If prompted for a billing address, enter your shipping address.

WHAT IF MY PURCHASE IS MORE THAN THE VALUE AVAILABLE ON THE VINE CARD?

If your purchase is larger than your balance, ask the cashier to swipe the
prepaid card for the exact amount available on the card; then pay the remaining
balance with another form of payment. These are called “split transactions.”
Some merchants do not allow cardholders to conduct split transactions.

CAN I USE A VINE CARD TO APPLY A TIP TO THE BILL?

Yes, as long as the subtotal plus the tip is less than or equal to the Card
balance.

DO I NEED TO ACTIVATE THE CARD BEFORE USING IT?

No, the Card is ready to use after purchase.

DO THE FUNDS ON VINE CARDS EXPIRE?

There is an expiry date on the back of each Vine Card; this is when the plastic
expires. However, funds on your prepaid card never expire. If funds still remain
on the card after that date, please call 1-866-285-7932 to have a replacement
card issued and mailed to you at no cost. The balance on the replacement card
will be equal to the balance on the discontinued card.

HOW ARE MERCHANDISE RETURNS PROCESSED?

Depending on the merchant, merchandise returns may be refunded directly back to
your prepaid card, so be sure to keep it until you are sure you will not need
it.

DO VINE CARDS HAVE ANY FEES?

No, there are no fees.

CAN I USE THE CARD FOR CASH WITHDRAWAL?

No, Vine Cards cannot be used for ATM cash withdrawal.

CAN I RELOAD A VINE CARD?

No, Vine Cards cannot be reloaded.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE VINE CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?

If your Vine Card has been lost or stolen, please call Customer Service
immediately at 1-866-285-7932. In order to get a new Card, you will need your
original purchase receipt. Customer service will refund you the then available
amount on your Vine Card by sending a new Card to your address.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE BALANCE ON THESE PREPAID CARDS?
