BPC STORY

Boubyan Petrochemical Company K.S.C. (BPC), a Kuwaiti shareholding company
established in 12 February 1995 as the first private-sector company in Kuwait
that invested in the government-controlled petrochemical sector.

 

The company started its business by taking an equity stake in the specialist &
unique Kuwaiti companies , which reflected in the BPC’s main investment by
owning (9 %) in (Equate) Petrochemical Company, the world-scale petrochemical
joint venture between the government-owned Petrochemical Industries Company and
The Dow Chemical Company -United States.
