Ever considered storytelling in front of an audience? The Storytelling Institute, a free six-week course presented by the Storytellers of San Diego, is open to everyone who would like to hone their skills in this ancient art form. The Institute culminates in a storytelling slot for each participant at the San Diego Storytelling Festival here at the Coronado Public Library on March 18. Registration is suggested (but not required, nor is attendance at every session). Please register for each session individually. Each session builds on the previous one, so consistent attendance is advised especially if you would like to perform at the San Diego Storytelling Festival culminating event. Read on 2. WED MAR. 1 1. These poems, as well as their authors, are acknowledged as widely recognized and admired as having exceptional influence. Chuck Kamar received his Bachelor’s from Boston State and his Master’s from Boston University. He taught for 34 years in the Newton Public Schools, the last 20 of which at Newton North High School.
