Welcome to Osprey Charters. We are a full-service offshore fishing charter
located in Venice, Louisiana. Join us for an exciting day of Venice sport
fishing for marlin, yellowfin tuna, wahoo, dolphin, shark, amberjack, grouper,
snapper, cobia, and other game fish found in the abundant waters of Venice,
Louisiana. We welcome everybody from novice first-timers to seasoned pro

Experience Venice, Louisiana, sport fishing the Osprey Charters way, and join
Captain Kyle as you leave our marina at the crack of dawn aboard his beautiful
and comfortable 39′ Yellowfin fishing boat for a full day of high-level sport
fishing. Rigged with all the latest and greatest in technology and fishing gear,
Captain Kyle is all in, giving his clients the best opportunity at trophy fish
each day. His passion for putting you on big fish will show from the second you
step on the boat.

INSHORE CHARTERS



Our inshore fishing trips are some of our customers’ favorite. Most of our
customers book an offshore trip on day one and then go inshore fishing on day
two. Our inshore fishery is no slouch compared to the offshore trips; in fact,
it is quite the opposite. Not many places in the world can offer trophy bull
redfish, largemouth bass, and trout, all in the same area. Our inshore trips
take customers for a relaxing ride through the Mississippi River. The waters are
protected and always calm.

your fishing license.

Captain Kyle is a full-time guide without distractions of a day job. His passion
is showing people fishing hotspots and providing every guest with an all-around
good time on the water. He spends all week on the water and knows where the fish
are biting and what bate to use. This approach allows Captain Kyle to put
clients onto fish sooner to spend less time looking and more time catching.


WE ARE FAMILY FRIENDLY

We invite all ages and experience levels. Captain Kyle knows too easily that the
first fish can be lost and tackles get broken. As such, he offers a hand and
avice to ensure guest have the experience of a lifetime.

[This is] absolutely the best Charter money can buy. Captain James and Skippy
Kyle are 1st class guys that know the art of catching fish well. I've been out
with James several years and he has yet to disappoint me. [We] went out this
weekend and had the absolute best catch of the Venice Marina. We had several
guys come up to us asking for [Captain] James’ contact info because they saw
first hand what he's capable of.

species are doing is second to none. For a full day of bluewater fishing, I

last 20 years. Our next trip with Captain James is booked for March and we
