        <p>In this Consent to Electronic Delivery of Billing Statements (“Consent”):</p>

          <li>"you" and "your" mean the entity or individual who receives a General Accounts Receivable Statement;</li>
          <li>"we", "us" and "our" mean University of Illinois;</li>
          <li>"Account" means your account payable to the University of Illinois ;</li>
          <li>"Billing Statement" means the billing statement for your Account;</li>
          <li>"Communications" means all other communications from us to you relating to your Account; and</li>
          <li>"Service" means the electronic delivery system &nbsp;under which you will receive your General Accounts Receivable Statements as a portable document format (PDF) attachment to an email.</li>

        <h3>Consent to Electronic Statements</h3>
        <p>You agree that your General Accounts Receivable Statement and related content may be provided by making the General Accounts Receivable Statement available to you through the Service, by email (if applicable and if you have provided a
          valid email address) Other Communications are not subject to this Consent.</p>
        <p>&nbsp;</p>
        <p><strong>How to Withdraw Your Consent.</strong>&nbsp;You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Billing Statements by un-enrolling your Account from the Service. Any withdrawal of your consent to electronic Billing Statements will
          be effective only after we have a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal request. Once your consent has been withdrawn, you will receive paper Billing Statements.</p>
        <p>&nbsp;</p>
        <p><strong>How to Update Your Records.</strong>&nbsp;You agree to promptly update your electronic mail address if a change occurs by updating your information through the Service website.</p>

        <p><strong>Paper Copies of Communications.</strong>&nbsp;Upon your request we will provide you with a paper copy of your General Accounts Receivable Statement.</p>

        <h3>OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS</h3>
        <ol>
          <li><strong> Returned E-mails.</strong>If e-mails advising you of the availability of statements are returned to us, we may cancel your enrollment in the Service and resume sending you paper statements by mail. If this happens, you will
            need to re-enroll in the Service with updated information.</li>
          <li><strong> SPAM Filters.</strong>You are responsible for ensuring that any SPAM filters recognize e-mail originating from the Service.</li>
          <li><strong> Account Delinquency.</strong>We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to stop providing your General Accounts Receivable Statements through the Service and provide you paper statements, if your Account is not
            maintained in good standing.</li>
          <li><strong> Hardware.</strong>You confirm your computer is equipped with software that enables you to view and retain statements as delivered by the Service. Please note that any changes to the hardware or software on your computer may
            result in you not being able to view and retain copies of your statements electronically.</li>

CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF GENERAL ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE BILLING STATEMENTS


DEFINITIONS

In this Consent to Electronic Delivery of Billing Statements (“Consent”):

 * "you" and "your" mean the entity or individual who receives a General
   Accounts Receivable Statement;
 * "we", "us" and "our" mean University of Illinois;
 * "Account" means your account payable to the University of Illinois ;
 * "Billing Statement" means the billing statement for your Account;
 * "Communications" means all other communications from us to you relating to
   your Account; and
 * "Service" means the electronic delivery system  under which you will receive
   your General Accounts Receivable Statements as a portable document format
   (PDF) attachment to an email.


CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC STATEMENTS

You agree that your General Accounts Receivable Statement and related content
may be provided by making the General Accounts Receivable Statement available to
you through the Service, by email (if applicable and if you have provided a
valid email address) Other Communications are not subject to this Consent.

 

How to Withdraw Your Consent. You may withdraw your consent to receive
electronic Billing Statements by un-enrolling your Account from the Service. Any
withdrawal of your consent to electronic Billing Statements will be effective
