Most of the agencies were self-centric and imposing their own interest while
showing the property so that with the minimum effort they realize their own
benefit. Unlike any other agencies, RedGirraffe, they understood my requirements
in the first place patiently and then done quite a bit of research work which
they generally do for all their assignments, and then started showing me the
options.
While giving/showing me the options, they were also providing me the analysis
which they did as home work (positive and negatives etc.). It is important to
mention here about them (RedGirraffe), before putting any option before me, they
were prepared with an analysis and their own due diligence (they have their own
due diligence team dedicated, as seen during their office visit), which was
quite assuring before physically visiting the property.
In a very realistic time period (within 3 weeks or so), I finally bought a house
in south Delhi itself with their help/support and pretty happy with the deal
they made through. I wish Redgirrafe will keep continuing such services in all

due date for rental, you should also ask if this date is flexible or no. If it
is flexible then the consumer will have the bill available to pay for longer

First of all it's a great concept by RedGiraffe - most competitive in terms of
charges as well. Customer care responsiveness is also well appreciated though
quality of resolution needs to be improved.
You should definitely launch app to manage all my payments on the go. You should
launch other bill payment facilities so that customer becomes dedicated to one
place.
Flexibility should be introduced. I was trying to make payment this month bit
late due to some negotiation with Landlord and it said bill expired. Also,
sometime we need to make some adjustment with landlord against rent paid for
repairs but no option to pay flexible rent.
You should also encourage landlords to have a tie up with you and they can
provide just the unique code rather every tenant filling the details time and
again.
For fee payment you should have tie up with schools to provide detail one time
to you; which we can select from drop down rather than 3000 students asking same
information.
Overall great initiative but unless you are fast enough to be best, there are
many competitors recently launched similar products in market.
