COVID-19 GUIDELINES

POST PT is committed to helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our
community and workplace. We are open under the following health and safety
guidelines. Please read through them carefully so that you can help us keep
everyone healthy.



 * During this time we are not utilizing our waiting rooms. Please call our
   office when you arrive for your appointment and your physical therapist will
   meet you at the door.
 * All staff members and patients will be required to wear face masks at all
   times. Each patient will have answered and signed a COVID-19 specific
   questionnaire and waiver before entering a POST PT location.
 * All patients will have their temperatures taken using an infrared thermometer
   before treatment.
 * We encourage new patients to complete their digital paperwork prior to the
   appointment.

All patients should call ahead of time to let the admin team know of any
insurance changes.
