I received the urn for my husband who was a hunter (Deer Wildlife Scene urn) and
it was breath taking how beautiful it was! It looks like it is way more
exspensive than it was but I'm so pleased with it... I have been looking for a
unique urn for quite awhile and when I saw this one I knew it was the right one.
Thank you for getting it to me quickly and it is even more beautiful than I
would have imagined.

It was beautiful, great quality and arrived within 2 days of ordering it. The
cost was reasonable and more than half the price of what was offered by the
funeral home. Upon ordering online, a representative called me to immediately

Tim Smith titan coffin purchase

(I) Timothy Smith purchased the coffin for my mom (Lillian Smith). The coffin
was beautiful. It arrived on time. The delivery personnel called me stating they
attempted to deliver the coffin to the funeral home. They informed me that I
would have to pay an additional delivery fee ($150) to get it delivered again,
stating the funeral home wouldn’t accept it. When I called the funeral home they
stated no delivery attempt was made. When I called the online coffin sales team
and informed them, they said they’d wave the fee. They delivered it on time for
the funeral. The coffin was beautiful.

We ordered the purple and gold casket and laid our mother to rest on 4/12/24. I
want to start with customer service at the time of order. Representative Yumi
was awesome, she was patient, kind, caring and very informative. Once the order
was placed I received numerous text messages regarding shipment and delivery.
When we were called to inspect the casket we were not disappointed. We were so

deliveries.

Funeral homes cannot charge you for purchasing from us, require you to be there
for delivery, or otherwise burden you. It's your right.

We will always confirm the delivery date with you, and we won’t sell any casket
that won’t arrive on time.

Additionally, our team of logistics experts will track shipments daily to ensure
smooth transit and resolve any carrier delays. If for any reason (weather, act
of god, etc.) your shipment is delayed and will not be able to arrive in time
for use, we will return the item and issue a full refund.
