     Very helpful staff. M Club and first floor public areas are nicely

     NOT SO PLEASANT EXPERIENCE
     
     This hotel is over-priced for the quality of service provided. The
     reception staff were very unprofessional; it took forever for me to check
     in, and they gave very confusing instructions about parking. Room cleaning
     was very sporadic. The hotel charged about $13 per day for Internet
     service. This is despite the fact that access to the Internet was extremely
     poor, and I was not told that there is a fee for access. In a sense, this
     is a hidden charge. The park charge of $50 per night is absurd. Nothing
     distinctive or memorable about this hotel, except the convenient location.
     Will never stay there again.

     FAMILY STAY FOR THE WEEKEND.
     
     The rooms are updated and Newly renovated. The check in staff are just
     doing their job nothing extra. Which is still fine. Not having a bell boy
     and not having room service is something that the hotel should inform the
     guests upon booking not an email sent 24 hours before the stay.
     The cleaning service was awful as they only make the bed and change the
     towels the rooms do not get clean nor do the surfaces or the floor we have
     kept trash on the floor and in the bathroom on purpose to check if they
     clean and they failed . They take too long “cleaning a room” just make the
     bed and refresh the towels.

     My stay was just an overnight stay but a most pleasant stay. I was there
     for an event. And found the hotel and staff to be very accommodating. I

     The bartender in the lobby bar was extraordinary. Unfortunately, he was
     making drinks, taking table orders, getting the food and anything else you
     could name. He really needed help but he had a great attitude. The woman at
     the front desk was rude and said she was tired of everyone in my party
     asking her the same question about late check out. Not friendly or
     accommodating to Marriott Rewards/BONVoy members or the nearly 100 women
     staying at the hotel.
     
     The hotel needs a convenience store and a way to go mobile check-in with
     the parking like the hotel check-in, otherwise it defeats the purpose. You
     still have to go into the hotel, stand in the same line, get a key from the
     front desk for the garage and then go back to your car to park. POINTLESS

     I had to take an early flight to DC and got to the hotel at a bit after
     9:00 a.m. They let me check in right away. The food and rooms for the
     conference were first-class, as was my guest room. The surrounding
     neighborhood, the West End and Dupont Circle, just east of Georgetown, has
     lots of bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies; very convenient and safe.

     GREAT STAY IN THE HEART OF GEORGETOWN
     
     Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms. Great restaurants around
     the hotel and only a 10 min walk from the main shopping strip in
     Georgetown. My only complaint is that the double beds were small, I would
     expect queen sized beds in a Marriott. Bathrooms were a little small too,
     but the room itself was a good size. Other that that, it was a great stay
