Small Business Incentives for 2023

The December Power Lunch webinar is an opportunity for Ameren Illinois Small
Business customers to learn more about all of the energy efficiency
opportunities available through the Small Business Initiative, as we transition
into the 2023 Program Year. From commercial refrigeration equipment to boiler
tuneups, there are opportunities for everyone.

We will also discuss some exciting new lighting incentives that will be
available through the Small Business Direct Install (SBDI) offering. These
incentives are not only for small businesses, public sector facilities can also
qualify for these incentives. Not sure if you qualify? Attend the December Power
Lunch to learn more about the exciting offerings we’ll have available throughout
the year ahead.

Shane Perry
Leidos, Inc.
 
Shane Perry has worked in the distribution industry for over 12 years. He
started as the Deputy Business Program Manager for the Ameren Illinois Energy
Efficiency Program in November of 2021.

As part of working in distribution, Shane worked hard to onboard dozens of
midstreaming programs, a first in the national distributor market, and managed
thousands of national lighting retrofit rollouts for several Fortune 500
retailers. He was also a vice president, helping co-found a new distributor
doing turn-key lighting retrofit rollouts with the addition of facility
services, developing a network of 600+ self-performing contractors in the
electrical, plumbing and HVAC trades. Shane has earned multiple accolades and
awards, including the ComEd Service Provider Rookie of the Year, ComEd SBO
Rookie of the Year, Duke Energy Top Performing Smart $aver Ally, PG&E Top
Midstreaming Distributor and Energizing Indiana Midstreaming Partner of the
Year.





Rick Bischoff 
Leidos, Inc.
 
Rick started working on the Ameren Illinois Small Business Direct Install
program in 2015 as an Energy Advisor. He eventually advanced to the position of
Energy Advisor Manager before being promoted to his current position of Small
Business Program Manager.

Rick Bischoff has worked in the energy efficiency industry for over 18 years.
His experience includes managing lighting improvement projects, HVAC system
modernization and energy efficiency program implementation.
