a good interest rate for refinance. she is very nice, patient, enthusiasm and
explain more detail, help you understand the loan from A to Z. I will recommend

Kirsten Levin , our loan officer, worked closely with us from loan application
on 5/12 through funding on 6/9 (funded inn less than 30 days from loan app).
Kirsten and I were a good team working together towards a good rate with loan
terms and out of pocket expenses that were acceptable to us. Kirsten and Cheryl
Gerrish, our loan processor, ensured that the final loan papers reflected what
was negotiated, including correct loan payoff, loan costs, escrow costs, etc.
and fought for any inconsistencies to be corrected accurately and in good order
for the funding. They worked tirelessly till 11pm the night before funding.

When my mother passed away, I needed help in dealing with and finding a loan to
pay off a reverse mortgage she had in place. My situation was rather complicated
due to debt to income issues, but having very good creditKirsten Levin helped me
out immensely by advising which debts that needed to be paid off and which
copies of various statements as well as legal paperwork pertaining to the
reverse mortgage, my mother's trust, will, etc. Kirsten Levin's knowledge of not
only conventional home loans, but of getting out of a reverse mortgage situation
was very beneficial and made things much easier and put my mind at ease.With her
Kirsten Levin's help, my debt to income ratio issue was resolved (not many
mortgage brokers would have the patience to advise me) rather quickly and I was

Kirsten Levin from Landmark oversaw and facilitated the lengthy and tricky
process of re-financing our mortgage, which had been stuck at a unnecessarily
high rate for years due to the complex deal under which the property was
purchased. Multiple subordinations were required and to add the obstacles, the
re-finance loan was reaching the finish line when COVID-19 layoffs and tanking
economy changed the lending environment. Kirsten Levin was persistent about
getting the loan done, and took on multiple tasks to reach that goal at every
point of the process. This was not the first attempt to re-finance the mortgage
and she succeeded where other loan officers had failed. Although there was a
team of people who took an interest in this challenging re-fi, it had Kirsten
Levin's full attention to coordinate all the moving parts needed for the nearly
four months it took to get funded.

I have been through the mortgage loan and refinancing a few times. I always shop
around for the best deal.This time, I found David Howes. He is the best! He is
very knowledgeable, honest and patient. David is not like some other brokers who
just wanna make deal and get paid. He really thinks about the long term. He is
not pushy most of the times. ( of course he will push when he think that was the
best deal already). He told me to hold off ( not like a typical broker at all)
when it’s a possibility of interest rate going down. We have made up to lock the
interest rate already then 2 hours later he came back to me with even lower rate
but same cost! He walked me through the whole process and made himself very easy
to approach.He earned my business and I will go back to him in a second for my

as links and titles. They can also choose to highlight focused or hovered
elements only.
5. Audio muting – users with hearing devices may experience headaches or other
issues due to automatic audio playing. This option lets users mute the
entire website instantly.
6. Cognitive disorders – we utilize a search engine linked to Wikipedia and
Wiktionary, allowing people with cognitive disorders to decipher meanings of
phrases, initials, slang, and others.
7. Additional functions – we allow users to change cursor color and size, use a
printing mode, enable a virtual keyboard, and many other functions.
Assistive technology and browser compatibility
We aim to support as many browsers and assistive technologies as possible, so
our users can choose the best fitting tools for them, with as few limitations as
possible. Therefore, we have worked very hard to be able to support all major
systems that comprise over 95% of the user market share, including Google
