ABOUT MY WORK

Hi there! I'm a 22 year old digital artist and fursuit maker from Louisiana.
I've been chasing art since I was 12, my inspirations sparking from novels such
as Erin Hunter's Warriors. Today, I specialize in furry art and work as a
freelancer.

TERMS OF SERVICE

 * Commission Queue

 * Form of contact can take place via email (contact@luyene.com), FurAffinity's
   note system, Etsy's message system or Discord (Luyene#2709)

 * I reserve the right to share any product I create on social media to promote
   my portfolio and provide monetized content via Patreon. If you wish for your
   commission to remain private, inform me beforehand.

 * Once you have purchased a product from me, you're in your right to use it for
   any personal, non-commercial use. Under no circumstances may you use my art
   for any blockchain-related technology, NFTs, cryptocurrency, and AI learning.
   If you're interested in using your product for commercial use, let me know,
   and we can discuss additional fees for a commercial license if necessary.

 * Payment upfront is always required. An invoice (if not using Etsy's system)
   will be sent to you with Paypal. Etsy payments are a last-resort option. For
   large payments over $500, payment plans are able to be discussed.

 * For any commission work involving adult content (sexually-explicit content),
   you must prove your age with a photo of your ID with any personal
   information, minus the birthdate, censored. I will not sell mature content to
   anyone under 18 years of age.

 * If I cancel an order for any reason, a full refund will be issued to you. If
   you cancel an order for any reason, a partial refund amount will depend on
   how much work was done prior to cancellation.

 * Process images are shown throughout the illustration process. Typically, the
   sketch, flat-coloring, and shading processes are the biggest stages that
   require review and approval before continuing the work.

 * It is your responsibility to address any concerns or changes needed at the
   appropriate stage. For example, if you're reviewing the shading stage, I
   cannot change a character's pose.

 * The final digital illustration will be sent to your desired email with a
   Google Drive link to the folder containing all relevant files.

 * If you repost your commission anywhere, you must credit me for its creation
   by linking back to my website.

 * Nothing in the Digital Commissions category will be physically mailed to you,
   as digital commissions are not a tangible product. All tangible commissions
   such as Stickers will have a tracking number attached to them, shipped with
   USPS.
