Mohammed Fazal (born July 2, 1922) was the Governor of Maharashtra from October
10, 2002 to December 5, 2004
He studied at the Allahabad University and later at the London School of
Economics at the University of London
In 1977, Mr. Fazal was appointed the Secretary of Industrial Development,
Government of India. He served the Planning Commission as its senior-most member
from April 1980 till his resignation in January 1985 with the rank of a Cabinet
Minister
Shri Fazal had a distinguished career both in the private and public sector
industries. before the Centre picked him to nominate as Governor
After he resigned from the Government in 1985, Shri Fazal held several positions
in private industries including as an Executive Chairman of an Indo-British
Joint Venture
LATE AIR MARSHAL C K S RAJE (RETD.) PROMOTERS
Chandra Kant Shantaram Raje was born on 10th March 1930. Air Marshall CKS Raje
has served in various capacities in Indian Air Force
He was the first serving officer of Indian Air Force who was appointed as
Director General of Civil Aviation
After retirement, Air Marshall Raje was appointed as the founding chairman of
National Airport Authority (NAA)
The Airfield is Daulat Bigoldi, height over 14000 feet. His name is recorded in
the Guinness Book of RecordsMr. Rajiv Gandhi was a great admirer of Air Marshal
Raje. When he became the Prime Minister of India, he brought Air Marshal Raje to
Civil Aviation as the DGCA
Mr. Raje in 1984 suggested that India should have Civil Aviation Authority of
India. An unanimous proposal was sent to the Government. Upon his retirement he

Mr. Rajender Singhal, the President & CEO of Hughes & Hughes Chem Ltd. is a
Chartered Accountant and a pioneer in the field of bird management in india.
Mr. Singhal is credited with the introduction of several proven bird control
products based on scientific studies for the first time in india. He was
instrumental in finalization of the joint venture with Hughes and Hughes,
Phoenix Agritech, Woodstream Corp and DTP Sales. Mr.Singhal has previously
worked with DCM and Toyata Motors and has over 35 years of experience of running
and managing joint venture business in india. He has also received numerous
awards and accolades and presented papers in International Forums.

DR RAHUL KAUL TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Rahul Kaul, India’s leading Bird/Animal Aircraft Strike Hazard (BASH)
Management Expert is a practicing Field Biologist with over 28 years experience
in Training Researchers and forest personnel in Bird Identification and
estimations, researching distributions, populations, ecology and behavior of
birds and mammals.
Dr. Kaul was employed as Senior Director and Chief Ecologist at Wildlife Trust
of India. Before this he was the Regional Co-ordinator at the South Asia Field
Office of the World Pheasant Association.
Dr. Kaul had been empanelled as an Ornithologist with the Ministry of
Environment and Forests, Government of India. In addition to this he is also
Member of the Central Zoo Authority, Ministry of Environment and Forests,
Government of India. He is also the Co-chair with Dr. Peter Garson at IUCN/SSC
Pheasant Specialist Group. He is also Member Advisory Committee for the
Management of Zoos and National Parks, Government of Himachal Pradesh. He is
also on the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Galliformes
Conservation. He is also a member of a Governmental Core group set up for
Conservation and Breeding of Pheasants.
Dr. Kaul has published over 25 scientific papers in National and International
peer reviewed journals and has contributed to various published books.
RAJAT SINGHAL MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Rajat Singhal received his MA in Finance from Columbia University, New York.
He also holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics (Honors) from Brandeis
University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance from UC. Berkeley.
Prior to his appointment at HHCL., Mr. Singhal has worked at Merrill Lynch and
Macquarie Securities as an Investment Banking and Private Equity Analyst. He
brings to the team a host of International exposure having worked on major deals
such as Equity Office Property’s buyout by Blackstone, Macquarie’s deals such as
Equity Office Property’s buyout by Blackstone, Macquarie’s buyout of Puget Sound
Energy and Debt refinancing for Xcel Energy and Level 3.
At Hughes & Hughes Chem Ltd., Mr.Singhal looks after the overall functioning of
the Bird Management, Infrastructure Development and Pest control Divisions. He
was instrumental in finalization of the Joint Venture with Phoenix Agritech,
Wood stream Corp and DTP Sales.
ANKIT SINGHAL MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Ankit Singhal received his MBA in Entrepreneurship and Family managed
Business from SP Jain University, Mumbai. He also holds a B.Com from Sri Ram
College of Commerce. Additionally, Mr. Singhal has a Diploma in International
and Foreign Trade from India Institute of Foreign Trade.
Mr.Singhal began his carrier at HHCL and worked as Head, New Products
Development. He was instrumental in the introduction of Poly Carbonate Spikes in
India. Currently, Mr.Singhal looks after Government and Industrial Marketing and
Export Orders. Mr.Singhal also handles the production units of the company at
Jammu and Sohna.
