Event starts in

CIOs proved their mettle with technical knowledge and digital skills when the
pandemic hit. Without swift action from their CIO, many businesses would simply
have ceased to function.

So, is it time to build on that recognition and reputation and grab a place on
the board?

Firms recognise tech and CIO guidance can determine the difference between
success and disaster. But it is about more than integrating the latest
technology.

This session will cover:

 * The skills needed for CIOs to progress to board level and stay there
 * Better managing the changing relationship between CIOs, CFOs and CEOs
 * What a CEO wants
 * Speaking the language of the board
 * What CIOs can bring to business strategy
 * Owning digital transformation
 * Can the CIO function escape being an overhead and become an income generator?
   (Moving from keeping the lights on to growing the business)
 * Are you CEO material?

Join us on December 7th for the next CIO Crowd community discussion about CIOs
and the board.
