Shipping Policy
Canada
Order Amount Before Taxes & Shipping Fee
CAD $0 - $149.99 before taxes ($20.00 Shipping Fee)
CAD $150.00+ before taxes (FREE Shipping)
Within Canada we offer free shipping on orders over $150 CAD (before taxes and
shipping)* and flat rate shipping of $20.00 for orders less than $150 CAD
(before taxes and shipping)*.
We ship via Canada Post. Most orders are sent as an Expedited Parcel with
insurance and a tracking number. (some exceptions may apply) Delivery in Canada
can range between 1 - 11 business days.
Please allow 1-2 days to fulfill orders. Orders placed on Saturday will not be
fulfilled until Tuesday. (Please note orders placed on Saturdays will result in
delay of fulfillment and shipping)
We do not ship to PO Boxes, or outside of Canada.
Shipments Returned to Calla Beauty Boutique
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs. Should a shipment be returned
to Calla Beauty Boutique for no fault of Calla Beauty Boutique Ltd.. (eg.
delivery refusal, incorrect shipping address provided, etc.), then the purchaser
has the option to pay for shipping again (actual shipping rates apply) to have
the order resent, or if the purchaser chooses to cancel their order, they will
be reimbursed the amount paid minus actual shipping charges. Please note that
actual shipping charges may be more than the shipping charge initially paid by
the customer.
Returns Policy
Returns of IN-STORE Purchases
Due to hygienic reasons, we are not accepting any Refunds or Exchanges on open
items.
Due to safety/hygienic reasons, all jewelry, skin care products, body care
products, hair care products, makeup, are all non refundable or non
exchangeable. All other products such as candles, diffusers, room fragrance can
be exchanged or store credited up to 7 days from the date of purchase. Items for
exchange or store credit must be returned in their original, unused, unopened,
undamaged packaging with original receipt.
Any personalized items purchased and any special orders/pre-orders cannot be
returned or exchanged for any reason.
Sale items cannot be returned as they are a FINAL SALE.

Returns are accepted when email notification is initiated within 1 week past the
purchase date. A refund will be issued for items returned within 14 days,
whereas store credit will be issued for the return item(s) up to one month after
the purchase date.
Proof of purchase (ie. receipt) is required. Original shipping fees are not
refunded. Free Delivery charge will be deducted from original purchase. Calla
Beauty Boutique is not responsible for any costs associated with returning an
item, unless it is due to our error. The customer is responsible for shipping
fees associated with sending an item(s) back and we encourage customers to
ensure their returning package has postal insurance. Any items that were shipped
via free shipping will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the return
credit.
