CDW to Acquire Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc.

I am excited to share that earlier today we announced that we have reached
an agreement to acquire Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc., one of the largest
IT solutions integrators in North America. This acquisition will meaningfully
expand and strengthen our services and solutions capabilities, further enhancing
our ability to meet your critical needs across the full technology stack and

with a focus on four mission-critical areas: Hybrid Infrastructure, Security,

complementary to ours, and, as a combined company, we will have broader and

Today’s announcement is just the first step in the process of bringing our two
companies together. The transaction requires certain regulatory approvals and
therefore is not expected to close until December. Until then, our companies
will continue to operate separately and will remain focused on providing the
