So, what is responsible AI and how does it make the job matching process fair?

I asked an expert (Chat GPT) "What is Responsible AI?"

Responsible AI is the ethical and accountable development, deployment, and use
of artificial intelligence (AI) systems. It encompasses a set of principles,
practices, and guidelines aimed at ensuring that AI technologies are developed
and used in a way that benefits society, benefits society, minimizes harm, and
respects human rights and values. Responsible AI is a response to the growing
concerns about the potential risks and negative impacts of AI systems, such as
bias, discrimination, privacy violations, and job displacement.

Sounds pretty simple, there's a bunch of principles and components that defines
AI such as fairness, transparency, accountability, privacy & data protection,
and ethical use.

But what does that mean to you, our clients, and our candidates. Can responsible
AI truly minimise bias and discrimination? Is it ethical and how does SEEK apply
these approaches to our systems.

So, I think it's time to ask our SEEKs experts Thyago Liberalli - Director of AI
& Ontology and Fernando Mourao - Principal Responsible AI Leader on all things
