What is Athena Crypto Bank?



We are not a bank! Athena Crypto Bank is a digital asset broker based in Saint
Vincent and the Grenadines. Company name: ATHENA LLC Limited Liability Company
Number: 1231LLC2021. Athena Crypto Bank is a company that focuses on easily
accessible digital investment tools, even for investors with limited capital and
basic technical knowledge. With the DeFi platform of Athena Crypto Bank, it will
be possible to participate in pre-sales of other projects selected by the team.
This allows investors to enter exclusive projects with a small investment that
would otherwise require a substantial capital. Alternatively, it allows
following professional traders in DeFi who have demonstrated higher competence,
verifying their expertise directly on the blockchain.

What is ATH token and where can I buy?



ATH is the native token of the project. By locking it on the platform for 6
months, you can achieve a higher level. Higher levels allow you to: reduce fees
when investing in presales or having your money managed by others, earn more
when inviting a friend or if you are a trader managing a trading account. You
will be able to purchase ATH when we publicly launch our token. For now, we
recommend following our social media channels to stay updated and not miss the
launch moment.

If I invest in a presale, is there a chance of losing my investment?



There is no risk-free investment: anyone promising you that is likely a scammer.
What we can promise is that we carefully evaluate all the projects we invest in,
as we ourselves are the first to invest our own money in the proposed projects.
We do not enter projects where the business plan or team is unclear, and we do
not invest in any pyramid schemes or projects where sustainability is not
well-defined. If we do not have an opportunity with very low risks and a good
price, we prefer not to invest and wait for better projects. These evaluations
have allowed us, so far, to achieve significant results with minimal risks.

What is the difference between presale contracts and trading contracts?



On the Athena platform, you can invest in presale contracts or trading
contracts. In presale contracts, you finance projects before they are publicly
traded, similar to crowdfunding for projects that have yet to be listed on the
market. Typically, these tokens are sold at a lower price, and their value
starts to appreciate during the project's public launch. On the other hand,
trading contracts allow you to have your funds managed by a more experienced
third party. Anyone can open a trading contract and become a manager, so you
will need to trust them, review their past contracts, profits, losses, and the
experience they have demonstrated. The management will be securely done through
a smart contract that prevents the trader from withdrawing funds or purchasing
coins that you were not initially aware of.

How are the fees of the athena crypto bank calculated?



The fees are calculated as a fixed percentage of the capital invested in presale
contracts. In trading contracts, however, the fees are calculated only on the
generated profit and not on the invested capital. In both cases, you can lock
your ATH tokens on the platform to achieve a higher level and pay reduced fees
on all investment contracts. To reach level 0 and participate in the contracts,
it is not necessary to lock any ATH tokens, but you will pay the highest fees.
Nonetheless, it is a good way to test the platform. Even by paying the maximum
commission, it can still be interesting because in presale contracts, you
typically enter at a much lower price than the launch price, and in trading
contracts, you only pay fees on the generated profit, so it can still be
advantageous. You can check the fees and the number of tokens to lock for levels
1-2-3 on the ATH level page. The tokens will remain locked for 6 months, and at
the end, you can still resell them.

Is KYC required to be able to participate in Athena Investments?



No KYC check is required on the Athena Crypto Bank website, neither the moment
you sign up nor later during your investing activity. the platform is managed by
a smart contracts which does not allow us to intervene in users' funds even at
the request of the authorities. The only thing we can do and put you on our
blacklist.
