We created P.F.C. in 2018 because we think your money is important, so over the
past five years, we worked hard to make your money easy to manage. Our mission
from day one has been to boost our users' financial self confidence. It is an
urgent task, and one which we take seriously.

P.F.C.'s services shut down on November 22, 2023. Right now, many people in
Sweden are struggling even more in an increasingly challenging financial
reality. Our mission remains important, perhaps even more important than ever.

GENERAL

Why does my card not work anymore?

All P.F.C. cards were terminated on 22 November, 2023. Any attempts to make
purchases with P.F.C. cards will be rejected.

I still have money in my P.F.C. account. How can I get it back?

Please contact us on svea@getpfc.com from the email address that you used to
register in the P.F.C. app. Do not include any personal data in your email, we
will ask for additional information when we receive your email.

I have a debt to P.F.C. How do I pay back?

You have received an invoice for your debt. If you do not pay your invoice on
time, it is handed over to debt collection.


CREDIT PRODUCTS

What happens to my personal loan? Who do I pay back?

Your personal loan will be transferred to Svea Privat. You will receive invoices
and communication about your loan from Svea Privat.

How do I pay back my debt for a part payment?

You will receive invoices for your part payments from our partner Sileon. You
can access your invoices and current debt on Sileon's My Pages.

If you cannot find your part payments on the previous link, you may have an old
part payment that is available on a different version of My Pages.

I have activated Flex and have a debt. Do I have to repay my entire debt?

You need to repay your full debt. All users with a Flex debt have been sent an
invoice to your registered email address.
