depending on the purpose. You can place orders for rubber bracelet items,
silicon bands, paper wristbands, embossed bands and many more. We have the
resources to take care of your bracelet relating requirements. For any kind of

GENERAL INFORMATION

Where is your company? We are located in Houston,Tx. USA. Can I get a quotation?
The best way to get a quote is by going to the order now page and following the
step and you will get the quote instantly before you place the order. Or if you
have a special request you can simply email us at sales@wrist-band.com and we
will be more then glad to help you out. What are your wristbands made of? Our
wristbands are made of 100% silicone. Our products does not contain latex.
Please email us if you require a test report and we will be more then glad to
send it to you. What is your minimum order quantity for wristbands? The minimum
order quantity for the following wristbands are:
Debossed – No minimum
Embossed – 20 minimum
Color Filled – 20 minimum
Printed – No minimum
Blank – No minimum
Figured – 20 minimum
1 Inch – No Minimum
3/4 inch -- No minimum
Dual Layer: No minimum

What's the turnaround time? We have the fastest turnaround time in the nation.
Standard turnaround is 7 days production and 7 days shipping, but you have the
option to rush the products as fast as 2 business days. The best part about our
company is that we guarantee our delivery dates. What is "front message", "back
message" and "internal message"? Front and back message are on the same side of
the wristband but half and half on the bracelet. The internal message is the
inside of the bracelet which is the part that touches your skin. What sizes are
available? We have the following sizes:
Extra Large: 8.5" --- 216mm - Used for adults who require extra large size (Call
to order this size)
Adult:8" -- 202mm - Used mostly for adults.
Mid: 7.5" --- 192mm - Used mostly for women and young adults. (Call to order
this size)
Youth: 7" --- 180mm - Used mostly for women or teenagers.
Toddler: 6" --- 152mm - Used mostly for young children.
That is the circumference of silicone wristbands. The width of silicone
wristbands is 0.5" (12mm) and 1" (25mm) depending on the style of wristband you
choose.
If you want a custom size then please call our sales team and they will advise
you on how to place a special order.
What's the mold fee? We don't charge a mold fee unless you have multiple sizes.
We only charge a mold fee only when you have more then 1 size in your order.
Below 100 Qty debossed/colorfilled bands are made with laser engraved
technology? Yes, Below 100 Qty debossed/colorfilled bands are made with laser
engraved technology. The message cannot be more than 90mm on laser engraved
bands.
For laser cut bands, if you choose solid band colors, the message will be
legible. But it might not well showed on glow in the dark bands. Can I place my
order online? Yes, you can. Following are the ways you can place your order

4. Via email I need to make a change to the order that I placed. Call our sales
team at 281-286-9500 and they will try to make the change as long as the order
is not in production. How printing will appear on Tyvek/Plastic/Vinyl All
Tyvek/Plastic/Vinyl bands the message is always left indent unless any special
instruction is given. I want custom rubber wristbands, Is your price lowest? Our
prices are ALWAYS the lowest in the market for wristbands. We can assure you
that there will be no company in the market that will be able to provide a lower
price and faster turnaround then our company. Also our current promotion of free

Charges Depending on the gradiation of colors and artwork complexities for
overlapping colors, there might be additional cost which can be informed post
proof made by factory.

ARTWORK

Can I put a logo or emblem on my bands? Yes you can upload your own logo or use
our standard cliparts that we offer. Why the color of actual products is not
exact same as the proof I approve? The colors of the proof as shown are
approximate and will differ on each computer monitor. We use PANTONE ® color
number for mixing colors. Can I use other font, not the default in your font
list? Yes, you can select the "other" option from the font list when you place
the order and type the font you would like to use and we will use that font. How
many characters fit on a band? You can have up to 44 characters. The system will
prompt you if you have exceeded the character limit. Can I customize wristbands
with a different color than the popular colors? Yes you can use any color from
the color chart. We have over 500+ colors.

DIGITAL PROOF

Can I preview before I purchase? We offer you free proof before you decide to
purchase and a hassle free experience.. simply fill up your order details and at
checkout you will get the option of "See Design - Pay later". We will send you
the proof once you submit the order along with payment and proof approval link
which will allow you to then pay via credit card or PayPal. Will I be charged
extra if want to change the proof before confirming the order? No, you can make
as many changes as you like. I received my proof and I want to make a change.
How can I do that? Simply reply back to the email proof that you received and
tell us the change you would like and we will revise the proof and send you a
new proof. How long does it take to get a digital proof? It will take anywhere
from 4-6 hours. What is a digital proof? A digital proof is a digital image of
how your wristbands will look. We will show you a image before we start
production. You can make as many changes as you like to the digital proof until
you are satisfied. How can I confirm to the proof I received? Simply reply to
the proof email stating that you confirm the proof layout and then we will start
production.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION

What if I need to cancel my order? $10 cancellation fee will be applied if order
is not in production. If the order is already in production stage then the order
cannot be cancelled due to the mold and material cost that we have already
incurred.
Changes in the proof are limited to 3 times then cancellation fee of $50 may
apply on the order.
Frequent changes more then 3 times on the proof may apply $5 per change
afterwards for every change The delivery time and production is considered after
the approval and payment on the order What should I do if I made a payment twice
by mistake? Please call our sales team and they will assist you with this
matter. What happens if there is a mistake with my order? If there is a
production error we will redo the band without and questions asked.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What methods of payment are accepted? We accept following credit cards:
Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express. You may also pay with PayPal.
The method of pay by check is also available for customers who wish to mail a
check.
Purchase orders are accepted for schools, certain non-profit groups and
government organization. Do you charge sales tax? We do not charge tax. We also
do not charge any other fees such as customs/brokerage fee. How to place an
order if you are a school with purchase order (PO)? Go to the order now page and
follow the steps and place the order with your specification. Then once you are
at the checkout page, enter your shipping and billing information and below that
there will a option to "Pay by check." Click that option and select submit. You
will get a order number and you will need to put that order number on your PO
and fax in a official school/government PO to (855)-691-4088.

SHIPPING/PRODUCTION

What is the freight? The shipping cost will be provided to you in the order now
page. The shipping cost varies according to the quantity you order. Do you ship
to APO/FPO addresses, or to a PO Box? We only ship to physical address. How long
will it take before I receive my wristbands? It takes 7 days for production and
7 days for shipping (total of 14 days), unless if you choose to expedite your
order. How accurate is your delivery date? We guarantee the delivery time of
your order. 98% of our packages are delivered to our customers on the date
specified on their receipt. Tyvek/Plastic/Vinyl are most sold fast products.
There might be extra rush production charges on Tyvek/Vinyl/Plastic orders
depending upon the production on present orders in queue which factory can
inform later after checking delivery schedule.

TRACKING

How can I track my order? You can call us at 281-286-9500 or you can ask our
live chat and they will give you a update on your order. Also once the order is
shipped you will also get a email on the tracking number of your order. Will I
get a tracking number once my order is shipped? Yes, a tracking will be emailed
once the order is shipped.

SPECIAL REQUEST

Can my wristbands order split into different colors or sizes? Yes, we can do
that. A $40 mold fee will be applied for splitting the sizes. Please mention it
in the special instructions if you have any special splitting or color requests.
Could I order two different designs in the one batch of silicone wristbands? You
have to place multiple separate orders if you wish to have multiple designs. Can
my order be split into different colors? Yes, you can split your order into
different colors for a additional cost of $10 one time charge. How to customize
wristbands? Please go to the order now page and follow the steps and it will
guide you through the ordering process. Can we split sizes and still receive the
same price break? Yes, as long as the message is the same. When keychains and
wristbands are ordered in one order If we make the front and back message on
opposite of each other, the message will be covered by metal holder when
upgraded to keychains. Hence we cannot do both front and back message exactly
opposite each other to avoid words being cut off by metal holder. The spacing
will be adjusted accordingly. If you need front & back message exactly opposite
each other we need to make separate molds.
If keychains are ordered with bands they will be made with the same mold to
avoid extra charges. Placement of message on segmented bands. When there is no
special instruction, the message will be on random segments not on fixed
segments.

TYPES OF WRISTBANDS

What is debossed silicone bracelets? Debossed wristband is a where the text/logo
is engraved into the band. If you wish to have the text/logo in a different
color then you will need to select the color filled wristbands. What is color
filled silicone bracelets? Colorfilled wristbands are same as debossed but the
colorfilled wristbands are filled in with a color of your choice. What is
Embossed silicone wristbands? Embossed wristbands are where the text/logo is

on silicon bands only. Tyvek/ vinyl/plastic bands have no 100 free. Can I get
the 100 free in a specific size? Yes you can. For example if you order 50 adult
and 50 youth and wish to get 100 free in all adults then simply notate in the
special instructions that you want to have the 100 free in adult size.

Wiktionary, allowing people with cognitive disorders to decipher meanings of
phrases, initials, slang, and others.
7. Additional functions – we allow users to change cursor color and size, use a
