The Manager &amp;ndash; Customer Contracts is responsible for effectively
managing the operations of the customer/client contracts under Contracting
Business, ensuring that the company’s interests are safeguarded. The incumbent
is in-charge of preparing and reviewing contracts so that it clearly reflects
the conditions of the project agreements and that it is compliant with the
defined guidelines and regulations. Review contracts initiated from external
sources carefully and suggest changes in the clauses to serve and protect the
interest of the company. While preparing the client contract documents,
collaborate with Legal department to ensure all the clauses in the contracts are
in line with the government laws and regulations to avoid risks and legal
obligations. Work closely with the concerned departments to understand the
clauses and items to be added to the contracts. Monitor and review all the
documents necessary for contracts and agreements for the Contracting Business.
Identify contractual risks and propose appropriate solutions in line with
company policies and requirements of concerned teams. Maintain total
confidentiality of all matters related to contracts and its clauses. Communicate
and follow-up with respective clients to get the contracts signed as per set
policy and procedures. Oversee copies of all concluded contract documents are
well-maintained. Keep track of changes in local government laws and ensure the
contracts are compliant with regulatory changes in coordination with the Legal
department. Review project-related contracts initiated from external sources
carefully and suggest senior management on discrepancies with existing client
contracts to serve and protect the interest of the company. Review and propose
updating of existing contracts when there are any changes in laws and
regulations related to the contracts. Monitor that all the contract
documents/copies are filed properly

strategic account planning. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and
reports to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the company CT’s
offerings. Manage contracts with partners and distributors in compliance to the
company CT FZE and company’s CT KSA internal guidelines, includes setting
targets for distributors; monitoring and evaluating distributor performance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities, sales forecasts,
