Pool was dirty all the time.
Pool service is mediocre, not enough attendants.
Pool food is mediocre, not enough options. Food was OK, could be better.

RETURNING GUEST OF MARRIOTT SINGER ISLAND
This is a great hotel with condo like rooms. Directly on the beach in a
residential area.
Warmly welcomed back each time by Mathias. Sean is the best concierge.
Jimmy at the Tiki Hut makes you feel like Family - amazing spot!

DISAPPOINTED
Booked two rooms with ocean view. Upon arrival they gave us one room on
floor 5 one on 16. We specifically asked to be on the same floor, but there
was no availability.
Floor 5 had no ocean view. All you can see was trees, bushes, and greenery.
False advertising under ocean view when all you can see is parking lots,
and landscaping.

NEED BETTER FRONT DESK RECEPTIONISTS
Overall, the resort is beautiful. What's there not to like when you're in a
property right next to the beach and has 2 excellent pools? Service...
during check-in not only were we denied an upgrade (despite Gold status -
yes not top tier status, but still something that should get a room better
than the lowest floor on a 21 story building), but were given the worst
possible room on the lowest floor. After I had checked availability within
the Marriot app, the receptionist still claimed there was no other room
that we can change to. Heck, after check-in we immediately realized the AC
was broken. Front desk refused to change our room, but called engineering.
Luckily, at least engineering was competent and addressed the issue
quickly. Last issue we had was an errant parking charge for all nights. We
did not have a car and still it was a pain to get it removed from our bill
during checkout. If the front desk staff can be better trained on customer
service, the resort would be a must return.

GREAT STAY!
We had a great family vacation at Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach
Resort & Spa. All the staff was very nice. Special shout out the the male
bartender at lagoon pool. All week he worked so hard always with a smile on
his face. And Agnes at the ocean restaurant. She was so good and sweet to
our girls. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beach was beautiful and
clean! All around great place.
