Problem with one field in Bulk Send
I have uploaded my CSV file using the CSV template. I’ve left some fields empty
because I don’t know what they are for. But one field - Requestor::First Name is
not coming through and even though I accept the matching exception, I end up
with an error message after I do. The names in the First Name column match the
first names that are also included in the Name column...not sure what I am
missing.

How to have multiple declines on a document
I am submitting a request to a Committee, and we need to show that each signer
declined to approve. However, once the first person declines, it voids the
entire envelope. How can I set up a docusign that each person can select
Decline, and then sign?

Changing the email address of a signer AFTER they've signed documents?
Hi DS friends - Does DocuSign allow me to change the email address of a signer
that has already signed a document? We use the custom report feature to receive
daily reports of those who have signed our agreements and add it to an Excel
workbook database, which has formulas that looks at the email addresses to
update each contact. I don’t want to keep having to manually change a particular
signer’s email address every time we update the database with the DS report
data. Any thoughts?

Hi :) Is is possible to send out two documents at once to the same recipient
without them merging together? One is only for viewing and one for signing, but
right now they both get sent as one really long document to the recipient
despite attaching two separate documents in docusign.

Locked pdf - signature
Hello everyone! For work, I often send forms for approval, to be signed via
DocuSign. Along with the form, I send documents that need to be signed using a
digital signature on Adobe, not via DocuSign, after the approval flow. The
problem is that when the approval process is complete and I go to download the
document to be digitally signed, the PDF is locked, and I can't apply the
signature. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? The PDF that needs to
be digitally signed on Adobe is different from the one signed on DocuSign; it is
uploaded only for reference, to be viewed. Thank you!

Text boxes
Hi! I have a document that requires multiple text boxes in a small space. The
issue is although the boxes are on different lines, they block what the box is
actually for. So if the form has printed on it city, state and zip and I drop a
text box for each one, you cannot see the words city state and zip because the
text box above it blocks the header in the box below it. Is there a way to make
the text box we drop a clear outline so you can see what is behind it?

Recipients are able to edit filled fields of a pdf document.
Dear Team, I simply want to get signatures of few of my colleagues on a pdf form
which had fillable fields. I have already filled the fields and strictly want
them to only be able to read and sign the pdf document. but as I upload that pdf
document and add recipients and press Next button (in the bottom). I land inside
my documents. I see that my form fields have become editable for all the
recipients and lots of additional fillable text fields gets added in the form. I
didn’t expect this behavior from DocuSign platform. I just want the recipients
to be able to read and sign at the place I place sign-holder for them. I search
net to find solution of this issue. I only came across a thread about adding
AutoPlace holder. where in the questioner clearly requested for solution to
completely disable auto populating field feature of DocuSign. I tried but
failed. I am totally confused as this doesn’t resolve my issue. Please try to
help me in the easiest way possible I am novice to this platf

Getting rid of the sign frame
Hello, I have a quick question. I want to get rid of the frame around the
signature. I have changed my settings. I have cleared the cache. I have done
everything. When I go sign the document, the frame continues to appear. I do not
want the frame. How do I fix this? I have tried to sign it on the mobile app,
but it continues to crash, and I cannot. Thank you for any help in advance.

A Delay with Second Recipient Receiving DocuSign
The last couple of days when sending DocuSign to more than two receipts - the
first recipient will receive the email to sign and then the second recipient
will not receive the email for a few hours (or unless I “resend” it). The box is
NOT checked with a preference of who signs when. Is anyone else having this

How to validate a physical document supposedly sent from DocuSign?
If in theory someone received 5 of the same documents physically, in printed
form, with each being signed in ink and each document having a unique DocuSign
Envelope ID contained in the document, how do you verify the validity of these
documents? Is there a DocuSign envelope ID checker somewhere that you can lookup
the envelope ID and confirm the ID matches to the original electronic document?
What if no email or link was sent and only the physical copy, is there a way to
ensure these are valid?

Comb Of Text Field Support
Hello, We have a pdf file created in adobe with a textfield that has property
set called “Comb of” that is used to stretch the data to fill the entire width
of the text field. After this file is uploaded and signed in Docusign the data
in the text field doesn’t stretch like it suppose. Is this something supported?

Best Practices when assigning KBA to a recipient
Are there any best practices or tips when assigning KBA to a recipient? For
example, some last names could have apostrophes or hyphens in them like O’Brian
or Williams-Sonoma. There are also last names that have a “Mc”, such as
McDonald. We recently had an envelope where the last name had an apostrophe and
when the recipient tries to authenticate using KBA it was not able to find them
until the sender removed the apostrophe from that recipient's name. After
removing they were able to authenticate their identity.

My issue is that a client’s DocuSign requests are rejected as “The email account
that you tried to reach does not exist,” but regular emails to the same address
go through. Not sure why the DocuSign emails are being flagged as “wrong
address.”
