FUMBBL, THE ONLINE BLOOD BOWL LEAGUE

FUMBBL is the largest online Blood Bowl league in the world and is completely
free to join. Play whenever you feel like it, or join one of our many
tournaments and player run leagues - you decide!

If you need help to get started you should take a look at the User Guide

DLE - recruiting
DLE Season 15 is soon about to reach the business end of the season, meaning
playoffs and then the draft.

The league is looking to recruit one coach to finish of a team’s season and then
for interested coaches who might want to join the reserve list.

For all about the DLE, please see our group page here.

DLE is a draft league with custom rules, so at the end of season, a coach gets
to pick from a pool of players to be added to his squad for the coming season,
to hopefully give a boost to teams which had a rough season.

We have customisable teams icons and great friendly discord.

Its a great group of coaches, committed to 10 day rounds with divisional
rivalries and year end awards, all based on NFL style league play.

It's a great opportunity to take over a team and shape it for this season and
prepare to put your own stamp on it for a new season in s16.

Tomb Guardian 3 TD game

Managed to score 3 tds.

TD number 1 was a punt, but I figured why not throw it to him, at least it will
be in a 5 strength piece zone. He rolls a 6 for the catch!

TD number 2. Opponent down to 2 player I decide, why not hand off to him. He
once again rolls a 6 for the catch!

TD number 3. The throwra trys to pick up the ball, and fails. Bounces to the
Tomb Guardian in 2 zones plus a disturbing presence. 6!

After 3 gfis in 2 turns he scores TD 3...

Has anyone else gotten 3 tds in a game with a Tomb Guardian?

Brawls are a weekly drawn tourney for Competitive Division teams and will be run
on the KotH system, meaning the second round pairing will be generated randomly
after the first round is complete.

Secret League 2020 Hill Goblins???
A new Stunty team enters the fray. The Hill Goblins!!!



Hill Goblins are a particularly large and aggressive breed of Goblins found at
the edge of the Badlands. Still Stunty but approaching the size of a common Orc,
though their skin is darker similar to that of the Black Orcs. They are more
brutal and ambitious than common Goblins and they love brawling.

Joining them are other odd Goblins all found in the Badlands.There are the
aquatic Goblin with, gills, and webbed hands and feet. Who live in the rivers
and sea of the Badlands.

Also featuring are the Fire Kobalds. A Volcanic patchy red orange and green
goblin that are immune to fire and spit out fire balls.

These Badland Goblin oddities team up with a pair of Stone Trolls to make up the
Hill Goblins!

Yes you can enter these into the Stunty Cup that kicks off on the 29th of this
Month!!!

Designer note: When the official Gnome roster came out, I had to alter a few
things with the Secret League Gnome Roster for verisimilitude reasons. It's not
something I wanted to do. But it's one of the main design principles of Secret
League... This left a gap in the rosters in terms of a tougher stronger Stunty
Roster. Hill Goblins are the perfect fit here. Sticking as always very closely
the lore they filled the niche perfectly. Hope you enjoy!

All the league news fit to print and then some!

Compiled from across FUMBBL, this is all the news that's come to my little furry
ears. Separated into four sections: 'Public' Leagues, Open Play Environments,
Independent Tournaments, and Meta-groups. If you know more that is going on,
please let razmus know so he can add it to the next edition, which should be
mid-June. I've added a channel for conversation amongst League Commissioners on
my FUMBBL Leagues Discord. If you're interested in the conversation, please jump
into the general channel and ask to be elevated for the commissioner's channel.

Added a banner background for groups announced to be frozen in place for a
period of time. (Super League, and Secret League America 2020 at this point.)

The census says that there are 982 distinct, active coaches on FUMBBL who play
in leagues, drifting up a little this period. I expect it to drop off a fair bit
when the coaches who only play in the Super League age out of the census. Two
numbers are given for the range of the league size, because 'active coaches in a
league' is a poorly defined descriptor. When the numbers are very different -
the league is likely in flux, have some deadwood teams/coaches in their locker
rooms, or be at the start or end of a cycle/season (when there's usually a lot
of inactive coaches watching the playoffs). Numbers very close together should
be pretty close to the 'actual' active coach population (whatever that means)
for the group.

Open Play Environments
Open play environments are places where teams can be built to play against other
teams in the same environment, usually without scheduling the game, although
many open environment also offer their own activities for teams to compete
against one another if the coaches wish to participate.

Major Blood Bowl League 7 - Les finales !

Après 2 tours durant lesquels les trois-quarts des équipes ont vu leurs rêves de
remporter une coupe s'envoler, les affiches des finales sont désormais connues.

Fait amusant : on retrouve en finale de 3 des compétitions les 3 mêmes coaches,
peut-être pour un doublé inédit pour l'un d'eux ?




Du côté du Best of the Rest, le tournoi est terminé.

Après avoir passé la saison régulière à accumuler les défaites et, en
conséquence, remporté la cuillère de bois, les Bearded Grudgebearers ont
enchainé 3 victoires de rang pour s'offrir l'envié trophée du bas de tableau.

Leurs adversaires en finale, les bouchers nîmois, ont réalisé un beau parcours
mais n'ont pu contenir la puissance des tueurs nains lors de l'ultime étape.
Gageons que nous les reverrons pour d'autres victoires la saison prochaine.







Le Basic Fists nous propose l'affiche la plus joueuse qui soit !

D'une part nous trouvons les chouchous du public, les Tribute to Revans, qui
après une saison compliquée, avaient le devoir moral vis-à-vis de leurs fans de
se reprendre. Chose faite avec 2 victoires sans encaisser de touchdown. Leur
expérience les place désormais en favori pour le titre.

Ils devront toutefois se méfier des Rising Sun Exiles qui ont montré beaucoup de
maitrise en écartant les Jackal Squadrons et qui eux-aussi ont passé ces 2 tours
sans encaisser de touchdown. Ils auront l'avantage de la force sur les elfes,
tout en produisant des mouvements audacieux avec leurs ninjas !







Le chemin vers le trophée du Up N Down n'est pas aussi régulier pour les autres
tournois, où 2 forfaits sont à déplorer.

Les Jabba Beer Sangsues en ont profité pour s'extirper d'un haut de tableau qui
semblait très compact, mais dans lequel ils n'auront finalement pas eu à
s'employer. Malgré leur défaite durant la saison régulière, ils s'avancent peut
être avec plus de certitudes que leurs adversaires.

Pour les Oranjes Sanguins, la question se pose quant à savoir si, finalement,
ils ont digéré la perte du titre de minor league lors de la dernière journée :
un tour passé sur forfait, un autre remporté aux tirs aux buts, on connait mieux
pour forger un collectif. Mais s'ils retrouvent leur grinta souvent vue cette
saison, tout est possible !






Le tournoi des Seconds Couteaux est le seul qui nous propose une affiche
"classique", entre une ancienne équipe lézard et une toute nouvelle équipe
orque.

Du côté du Da Kombat Skwad, les matches sont pris les uns après les autres, et
c'est par deux fois en prolongations qu'ils ont pu s'en sortir. Face à
l'expérience des lézards, pas sûr que cela suffise.

Car les Quetza Rattlers semblent avoir tiré de leur campagne de qualification
mitigée une force insoupçonnée. En éliminant successivement 2 solides équipes de
Major League, les sang-froids voient maintenant le champion de minor league se
présenter, pas de quoi leur faire peur !







Enfin, dans le tableau principal, les matches ont tenu toutes leur promesse et
c'est un affrontement inédit et détonant qui fermera la saison.

En haut de tableau, le Central Club Lahmia a fait exploser ses 2 derniers
adversaires, marquant 6 touchdowns pour n'en encaisser qu'un seul. Faisant fi
des rumeurs sur leur prétendue utilisation d'un sérum dopant inédit et bientôt
interdit, ils s'avancent comme les grands favoris, permettant à leur coach de
rêver d'un doublé inédit après l'avoir emporté en saison 6 avec le Foulympico
des Egoûts.

Il faudra néanmoins disposer des Hashut Corrupters, qui atteignent également
pour la première fois la finale de la league, mais dont le coach possède déjà
une réplique du trophée, souvenir la saison 2 remportée avec les Darkland
Greenies. Les nains ont lutté toute la saison, tant pour sécuriser leur première
place de groupe, que pour passer en quart et en demie.

Opposition des extrêmes entre les (très) rapides lahmianes et les obstinés nains
noirs, la question principale est de savoir si ces derniers sauront éviter d'en
prendre 3...

Greeting Coaches,

You are all cordially invited to compete in the next All Star Bowl.

It kicks off when we have THREE more teams. Eight total.

Sing it loud!

This is a KO tournament using BB2020 rules.

All teams that compete must be created from the All Stars roster.
Create a team here.

Your team must include at least one Average Joe (who won the lottery to play
with the stars).
The rest will all be stars!

The roster uses Nelphine's Star Pricing.
To help meet this exorbitant cost, several soverign wealth funds have
contributed to grant each coach 4,000,000GP to build their team.

Some stars from around the world may bear more than a passing resemblance to
stars that you already know and love (or hate).
So, it may appear that Stars are playing for both sides.
They may also be induced. Four Morgs on the field?

With "Two-for-one" stars like Grak & Crumbleberry you need to add them both to
your roster.
